What i have in mind is to have a place for serious pool players, i am trying to make it trendy and not like a gambling hole, but rather like a club environment.I would be having Pizza,Burgers and Sandwich's as food,and drinks of course. Again suggestions are most welcome.
I am a pastry chef myself so i can do all these things myself. I plan to restart my cake supply business as well which i had earlier but closed down due to personal turmoil in my life.

People always want to pretend to be someplace else, no matter how cool the city they're already in is. And both locals and travellers always want to feel special, wordly, and elite.

So I'd suggest trying for something that would sound a little more "exotic" when placed in Thailand.

Like name it after whatever city you're originally from... But if you're really from somewhere awful like Hanford, CA- just claim Hollywood. : )

Or maybe go for trendy:
