Name your choice for the up and coming Cuemaker.

My vote

DUNKELL CUTOM CUES. Saw his work at the last 2 super billiards expos. Gonna be in the elite in a few years.

Mike Durbin and Joe Callaluca are making incredible playing cues. A couple others that don't hang here anymore do some incredible inlay.

I don't know if Mike Durbin and Travis Niklich (Blackcreek) would be considered total unknowns. If so, they certainly qualify. Both make incredibly nice playing cues, their workmanship is exceptional and their pricing provides a great value. Another that might fall into this category is Kenny Murrell.

Steve sold out 2 years in a row at the Expo. His cues hit great and the man is a class act. Definitely a builder to watch.
His cue values are sure to climb in the next few years...the quality and the demand are there.

Leon Sly....... Something's in the water for those guys in Maryland.....Lambros, Scruggs, Black Boar, Leon is on his way if he gets the exposure he needs.

Doug Beasley here in NC. He's going to be a name to look for in this area soon, for sure.

Well known

He is well known but has not hit his full stride Jon Spitz.Get on his list now.

Gotta second this. Exceptional craftsmanship, and play. Not to mention, he's an awesome guy to deal with.

I have to agree, Steve Dunkel. Although I may be a little biased, as I shoot with a Dunkel cue, and I know him personally. But Steve is one of the best guys you could ever meet. He's also very humble. But, look at his work. His cues speak for themselves. Good things to come from Steve Dunkel...

Nice choice D...I've seen some of his designs from the computer he did which were pretty sporty as well...thanks for posting these.
