"Need help on a transaction with Barrosm"

Now you see.. Barrosm said he was going to refund and I told you guys to leave it be..
Why keep on the guy when he said he's going to refund..
Even the buyer agreed to leave it be and get his refund..
Some of you I believe just like drama.
They both agreed to everything.. Barrosm refund money and even posted a number to call for proof he's been working on finding what happened with the cue.
Groundhogg agreed to send back the tube once he gets his cleared refund.
It was all fine and just waiting on Barrosm to send out the refund which he should be doing today.
Now you guys wanna stir some crap and maybe you just end up screwing the buyer.

So far with some very good sellers but I'm starting to think maybe I have been lucky with the success I have had it would be easy to get careless and get stuck . Now this scares the hell out of me and I do feel sorry for the buyer in this case. I still have several transactions out there but I also think they are with pretty quaitiy AZ'ers ... Anything like this has to be bad for all here on the AZ boards.

It shouldn't scare you or anybody....it's all part of being informed. Everyone needs to do their research and know who you are doing biz with. All it takes is a little research and a few PMs....sometimes just a few minutes. Trust me, it's not worth the $40 or $50 you might save buying from someone questionable or somebody that no one knows vs buying from a reputable source. Buy from somebody with a good track record. Peace of mind has got to be worth something vs flying blind and hoping for something to pop up on the river.....

The seller send you a tube with a $1000 cue, they didn't insure it,... buyer realized the cue is not insured, neatly open the package take the cue and claim the cue or package was delivered empty. I'm sure someone try to say this but I'm surprise to read that no mentioned was made about this.
In this case, the buyer was able to contact the deliverer who delivered the package and confirmed it was empty or that it was light (So I'm sure the seller can confirm the detail if needed but what if there was no one?).
Anyway, stuff happens but I think that it would also be a perfect crime especially if it was insured for high dollar. Same scenario...except the both seller and buyer would be happy.
) I'm sure Barrosm sent the cue, the post office inspect the package and if it's a tube and it's not taped up, I think they would question it. Too many people may have jumped the gun on this one but I agreed the seller needs to make good....especially if he didn't asked if the person want it insured. If the buyer refused insurance, it would be another story.
