just some advise to the buyer....if you are refunded with anything other than physical cash money including paypal, bank money order, postal money order, bank check, western union check, currency exchange check, etc...... BEFORE you send the box back, deposit it in your bank and wait at least 5 business days then check with your bank to make sure it cleared. any of those methods CAN be canceled by the sender or intercepted on a bogus complaint after it's been sent. the only exception would be a postal money order you cash at the local post office but most of the time they don't have allot of cash in their drawers to do that so you may have to deposit it and in that case still wait and check the bank to make sure the funds are secure. also make sure to take detailed, dated photographs of the box printed at your local photo processing center. if they're non digital pictures that's even better..........

I don't know what is funnier with this deal:
1. The fact that the buyer didn't do a little due diligence sniffing on the seller (SEARCH).
2. The fact that the seller has his name all over bad transaction reports and you guys are bothering to talk to him, as if he is actually going to do anything besides spend the money.
3. The fact that the seller's rep was justifiably bad, but some UNINVOLVED PEOPLE came to his rep rescue, effectively helping him scam more people.
Or that there is yet another billion page thread in here from another sucker who got taken.

P.S. JUST FOR EVERYONE ELSE'S INFO, HE WAITED ONE EXTRA DAY FOR THE MONEY. I HAD PAID THE OWNER OF THE CUE WITH HIS MONEY, AND NEEDED THE NEW BUYERS MONEY TO REFUND HIM. HAD HE NOT TRIED TO SELL A CUE BEFORE HE HAD IT, I WOULD HAVE HAD NO PROBLEM. (IT WAS LISTED FOR SALE BY HIM BEFORE I EVEN HAD HIS CHECK) WHAT IF IT HAD BEEN DESTROYED IN SHIPPING.
