Need help with cue identification

I picked up this cue which looks pretty old and it was in the original box and looks brand new. Somebody tried it out because the tip had some blue chalk on it, but other than that it is absolutely pristine. Just don't know who made it. If anybody recognizes it, I would appreciate any info on it. It has a decal on the butt shown in the last photo.

I am not sure who made the cue, but the lable should help you identify it. I have read what others have said to this point and the cue certainly is not an Early Adam Custom Cue. The cue appears to have been made in the late 60's or 70's, but outside of that I can be of little help.

I do think that the cue is an import, but this is just my opinion!

I was thinking that it might be an Abe Rich cue. It looks more like one of his cues than any other I can find. It actually plays pretty decent, but the tip needs to be replaced. It is so old it has become brittle.

Not an Abe Rich cue that is certain. With all due respect it is nothing. You took nice pictures though.

My guess would be National.

It does look somewhat like a Rich design but the pin says no, also the very cheap looking wood in the forearm, at least from the pic on my computer. I agree with Craig, probably some sort of cheap import. I wouldn't dare date it, myself.

I also thought that it may be a Gandy cue, except his decal has an L and the Gandys I have seen had a H on a decal. But, who knows since there are some many variations floating around from that period.

I think it is aluminum, looks that way to me.

That is also part of the wrap and the wrap is nylon. It is a very unique wrap, never seen one like it before. I don't think this was an expensive cue because the dot inlays aren't done real good compared to others I have seen. It might be some old Japanese cue because they were really good at fancy wraps. The joint is what throws me. Never seen one like it. The pin looks a little like an Adam, but the other half is really different. I got it from an antique dealer in Rochester, MN. I only have $100 in it and I really like the looks of it, but just wanted to know who made it. I do appreciate all of your replies, even the guesses.
