I wanted to check my inventory of billets before I posted again in this thread.
I knew that I didn't have one inlaid with Walnut but thought I might have something close.
The billet you see in the pic is one that I built to duplicate the ring-work on a
Leon Sly cue I believe. I mated a Predator shaft for one of my clients.

It's inlaid with Amboyna Burl on Maple. I can darken the Amboyna slightly but it will
still have the Red/Orange tint to it. That's not a good match to your ring which I think
is Walnut. It may not be Walnut due to camera/pic/color variations.
Here's what I see in your pic.
The top blk ring is .125"
The dash ring is .125"
The bottom blk ring is .125"+ because you'll face it to the shaft after installation.
The four blk & white rings are .030+ ea. giving you a total ring-stack of .500".
I got your PM but thought this post would answer a few of your questions.
Oh, last but not least, the width of the Walnut(?) is also .125".
Am I close?
