Hello everyone,i need some feedback please.my question is if you wanted to wear some clothing that was related to the sport of playing pool, would you want to be able to wear it outside of the pool environement?maybe to a nice restaruant,on a date, vacation.or just anywhere outside of the pool environment? And how about the lady's what would you wear on a every day basis?I think what i'm asking is what style you would be comfortable in?i would appreciate any feedback on this subject that you can offer.we know there is alot of billiard design clothing out there that most of us just don't feel comfortable wearing outside the poolroom.what would you like to see? you can pm me or put it on here. thanks for your time.

Wear whatever you want wherever you want. Provided it suits the environment you are in. (Clothes with the F-bomb on it around schools or in church are probably frowned upon). You never know, some kid might ask you what your shirt means and it might get him/her interested in the sport. Stranger things have happened.

I look at it like wearing a harley tee shirt

i don't feel the need to advertize what i like by wearing a tee shirt or any other garment. So it is not really an issue for me.

I do like wearing my “jesus safes” tee shirt because it always leads to interesting conversations no matter where i am.

I have met some pretty cool people due to having that shirt on.

I would definately want to be able to wear it outside of the pool environment, especially as it may bring up pool conversation. I would not however, wear it to a nice restaurant.

the responses so far.

Ok let me see if i understand this right.First BROKESTROKE states it does matter what he's wearing dependig on where he going,as to not be offensive to anybody.second SLIM states he doesn't feel the need to advertise what he likes. But the one tee shirt he likes to advertise is the one that says JESUS SAVES,cuz it leads to conversations no matter where he's at right. Then third MANTIS 99 states basically it would have to be of good taste as to not offend anybody.S o basically all three of you would wear a nice shirt promoting pool as long as it wasn't offensive to anybody and you felt good wearing it in a outside environment.I really would like more imput from other people including the women who play this sport we love.thanks again for your time.

the problem with pool tees is that the graphics are articstically unappealing to wear outside of the pool hall. I mean how many skulls, pool balls, corny phrases slapped on the front of a tee shirt to advertise "hey I love pool".

Golf and tennis apparel are good examples of "clean designs" that could be worn outside of a pool hall. Polos and button downs with small embroidered logos that arent loud and in your face.

If I need to dress up, I often select one of my ties with pool balls on it...probably not business appropriate, but there are times when a tie is necessary, but not necessarily a business environment. They are frequently conversation starters.

I wear my pool related shirts anywhere. I do try and remember to take off the glove and my billiard glasses tho.

I sent him a pm, two, in fact. I don't think he gets it yet, thinks you misspelled.

Not if they are from Freddy Bentivegna's website. Check 'em out. :)
