Had a Cuetec I pulled out of the closet. Its probally been in there (in a dealer case) for a bit over a year. I keep my house at 74 degrees at all time.

This warp was enfough that I could fit a stack of 3 pennies under it.

It is headed back to Cuetec soon as I get to my nearest dealer.

When is the last time you made a positive post? Is it really that hard to be happy in life.

12oz- sucks about your cue. Hope you can get it fixed.

Yeah it is being taken care of. Talked to the Rep from Imperial. They will be shipping me a replacement cue. Not sure what model (cuetec does not carry mine anymore) but I was gaurenteed it would have a R360 Shaft!

Cuetech has been great about the whole issue. The only stipulation they placed, was that it had to be returned to them from one of their vendors.

Their customer service was OUTSTANDING!

the name cuetec says it all...they are junk

They have won a number of World Championships. I would bet more than any other manufacturer. They can't be that bad.

For the $$$$, actually they are pretty good. And with a lifetime warranty...

Cuetec

You don't happen to have contact info handy do you? i have an older one I like to use for a break cue and the shaft has warped on it. I forgot they have a lifetime warranty.

I contacted Imperial International at 1-800-526-6261. They told me to call my nearest Cuetec dealer so they can ship it back. Apparently Cuetec/Imperial does not deal directly with the public.

Junk? I leave mine in my car and it looks, feels, shoots great year after year. Never nicks. Always smooth. Nice tapered shaft. A "for real" warranty. Priced right. The name CueTec says it all.

A few years back when Earl was still sponsored by Cuetec he came to Knoxville for the Volunteer Classic.

He brings his stuff in and then goes back out to the car and brings in an ARMLOAD of shafts and lays them on the table next to the one he's gonna warm up on. He proceeds to hit a shot unscrew the shaft and curse it and toss it to the end of the table and screw on another shaft from the pile. Rinse... Repeat....

I would say out of the 40 or so shafts in the armload half of them made it to the toss pile before he found 1 that was worth shooting with. I still laugh when I think about it. He had us all laughing and taught us some quite colorful sayings to boot......

Shane would play with a mop handle if Swiffer paid him enough. Scott you know he didn't choose them... They came courting with a check in hand LOL.. Word has it he still uses the shaft from his old cue on the Cuetec butt....... Not sure if that is still true.....
