4 and 7/16.

OK I am bored the stream is down atm.

Actually, you're right...measured from point to point in the pocket, but the balls set just a little lower than that on the down angle inside the pocket so where the balls actually touch from one side of the pocket to the other is 4 1/2"

Table

On the stream they say the pockets are 4-1/4.....I remembering Glenn saying there 4-1/2... Why the streamers say 4-1/4??

Have you listened to them talking???...if so, then it should be no wonder why they don't know what size the pockets are:grin:

Yes, after the stream came back up with the secondary camera, I did hear a lot of joking and singing. Actually, I don't think there was any "match commentary" after the crash.

However, the beginning of the match was hosted well. The twilight "fill-in" commentators did a decent job entertaining in the wake of the video card crash on the primary but I did miss the expert and professional commentary from earlier in the match.

Can't wait for tonight. :) I think this might just be the best ustream match in history.

Did I miss earl and shane and what is the link for it

That was a helluva hard fought match last night between Stevie and Johnny. Stevie came back incredibly well, only to lose on the hill. I bet they're some tired puppies after fighting for @ 4 hours on that Cobra-sized monster. I wonder if all 10 ball matches go to 15... Yikes, that's a long road to try and recoup your expenses.

These are pics of a Pro-Cut Pocket from a table built in 2006 and a League-Cut Pocket from a table built before 2009.

Tunica pockets look tighter than the old Pro Pockets

This picture is the 4 9/16" ProCut pockets. Once Diamond changed the facings from 1/8" to 3/16" neoprene facings, that tightened up the pockets to todays 4 7/16" ProCut pockets, which equals the 4 1/2" two ball opening from point to point, half way in...half way out pocket spec's.

Those pockets are actually flared alot more and would be way harder to make shots on down the rail. I would rather play on the Tunica table by far.
