How long has this product been on the market?

Anybody here other than the Professor own one and can chime in about the polisher's quality and reliability?

And what is the warranty period?

It is available... for $450 + shipping, which Brian at Diamond told me over the phone last week that he can ship the home unit most anywhere in the lower 48 for between $50 and $75.

The (TCM) warrants to the original owner-user that this TCM product will be free from defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty is limited to twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase, whether or not actual use begins on that date.

Got the smaller one for Xmas!

I got one this Xmas (thanks to my wish list) for my table at home. The body is made of a thick plastic, more than 1/8", with lots of reinforcing ribs. Mine fits 6 balls at a time, so I leave the cue ball in and polish 5 numbered balls at a time with it. Runs pretty quietly, enough so I don't feel I need to do it in the garage. I also like their cleaner liquid. I've been using the Aramith cleaner, but this stuff doesn't have a tacky feel like the Aramith. No wax that I can detect, either. So far, I am really pleased. A lot easier than buffing them by hand!:thumbup:
 
Where can just the spray cleaner be purchased and how much is it? I could not find it on the website...

This ball ball polisher still don't rotate the balls like the Diamond does for a 100% all over clean and shine;) They sit there and spin in the same circle all the time and shin like a yoyo.
