Best of luck with the new site Bill, I'm sure that despite the difficult times you will do very well with it and your overall business, it is very smart of you to break it into different divisions. At the end of the day its still you that makes it all work but the people who dont know you will have a better perception of you before they get to know you-thats where this will pay off in the long run. Very subtle changes in marketing can have very powerful impacts on any business over a period of time(even when the biz dosent really change) just the perception of the biz. Gosh I wish I understood pool like I do biz/marketing.
