Hello again,

Thanks to those who ordered! I had a few requests to give a little more information of what exactly is on the DVD....here goes:

The DVD is 3 1/2 hours long and includes:

....the last few games of an exciting hill-hill 9-Ball match between Sigel and Danny

....entire 9-Ball match between Danny and Archer from the late 80s

....Danny running 100 balls in straight pool

....couple short news clips from TV stations around the country where pool events were held and Danny was featured in the clip

....instructional segments on One Pocket and Position Play from "Learn from the Best"

....commentary highlights from several Accu-Stats productions

....Danny interviewing Keith McCready and Ralf Souquet at the 2005 US Open (about 25 minutes)

....A little bit of storytelling and commentary between segments !

Again, if you would like this DVD, please send $24 via PayPal to dkolacz@hotmail.com

I just set up the account and have not had it verified yet (which simply means registering a credit card or bank account to the PayPal presence)

Thanks again and look for our new DVD set in the future. It will be a real treat for nostalgic pool fans. We plan on recording about 8-12 hours of new stories. Danny wants to reflect on all of the Hall of Fame players...everything he can remember about his relationships with them from the beginning to the end....

See ya in Louisville!

Any commentary on the 100 ball run??

Hi, there is no commentary on the 14.1. There is full commentary on the 9-Ball match with Archer - Sigel and Grady if I remember right

A couple users had asked about pricing for the complete set of DVDs ...

The current DVD "Danny D - Legend of Pool" is available right now....and the future DVD set of all stories is not. The fact is that right now, there is no second DVD set. As a matter of fact, we haven't even begun filming it yet, so I really have no idea if the finished product will end up being 1, 2 or 3 DVDs and thus can not offer pricing for it.

I would estimate that the next DVD production will not be available for at least 6 months.

Thanks!

DK,
While I was very dismayed at the loss of your former ZigZagMaster avatar, I am very glad to hear about the DVD. I will be SURE to get one at DCC.

I purchased Danny's book at DCC last year, but forgot to have him sign it.

Efren will kill me but Danny reveals the secret as to why the Philipino's dominate pool; it is their eyes and diet causing great vision. No more info; Efren tried to buy all of the dvd's but i stole one and Efren ducks me now.

I picked one up through eBay and it arrived about four days ago. It's well worth the price. The Diliberto / Soquet / McCready interview was very humorous. It was great to see these guys cut loose with old pool stories.

It was funny as hell when Keith burps into the mic

As a matter of fact, the 14.1 is not a new 100 ball run. It's an accustats 1989 match with Nick Varner that I already have.
