Mr. Stroud is taking very few orders these days. I definitely wanted a nice player from him before he retires. Everybody that knows me, knows that I have been a big JW fan for many years.

I love the cue. I ordered the cue and Bill let me detail every measurement (balance point, weight, butt size, everything) and all of the design. Probably the closest to an absolute custom that I have ever ordered. The cue feels great. He also took two OB-1 blanks and matched up the rings perfectly.

I will be taking this one to the ICCS show with me for display.

Another cue from one of the guys that has had tremendous influence in the art of cuemaking.

Thanks,
Jimmy

The blue veneers are a perfect match with the lapis. Congrats on a stunning cue. I'm sure it plays just as good as it looks.

Beautiful cue...

You did a great job on the design of this cue. If was done very tastefully, just enough ornamentation, but not excessively so. Really nice combination of materials. Enjoy playing with it!

WOW

I've had a similar idea for little curvy diamonds in solid ivory rings for a while now. I can better visualize it thanks to you.

WOW.

Jimmy,

That is one whale of a cue! Bill Stroud never ceases to amaze me with his artistic design to go along with world class playability! You should take great pride in this one!

See you in a couple of weeks!
