NEW KAMUI TIPS (blacks and originals) ARE HERE...

tony, how would you compare the black ss to the onyx?

Well,
The Tiger Ony LTD is a true (to me at least) medium tip, probably one of the best if not the best medium tip in the market. The Kamui Black SS is soft, there is no really comparison because the hardness is somewhat significant.

I play with a Black Kamui SS and it feels like a traditional medium tip to me once it breaks in, but with one major difference: It grips the ball better. I have a ton of confidence with this tip so I can really let my stroke out. I don't see myself changing.

Thanks buddy. I actually changed to a Kamui Black Soft myself.

Is it just me or do they not make the medium soft in the brown anymore? That's what I was using when I used the brown tips before the blacks even came out. I am currently using a soft black now but wanted to get another medium soft brown in the future. Are they done making those?

The medium soft is just renamed the soft. A Super Soft is available in brown now.

Hi there,
The Medium soft is just renamed the soft. Because we are able to make a Super Soft in the Brown now.

You are safe to use the brown soft and be o.k.

Hi!

im pretty new to pool and have only played with house cues or the occasional mcdermott or brunswick (but i was even newer at the time!) with whatever tips they came with. what kind of tip would you recommend for a beginner that is gonna buy her first decent stick? would you recommend any at all?

Thanks!

Play with the best. Play with a Kamui originally probably the best for you.
