I just received a new masterpiece from Bob Manzino. Gothic style points into amboyna with ivory, ebony, silver and MOP accents. The cognac lizard was a great fit.

I love the way the cue turned out. In my opinion Bob's cues are among the very best in the world.

Very sweet cue ! Your design or Bob's?

Thanks, Matt. The design was very typical of how I order a custom cue. At the start of the process, I asked Bob if he had a "killer" piece of amboyna. He did and for that reason I came up with the idea of the shorter points that would expose and highlight the amboyna. Next, I knew what materials I would like to be involved. I then came up with sort of a gothic/midevil theme. (for something different) He liked the idea and sent me a drawing that I guess could be called dueling dragons. We tweaked the design, again, and then Bob had total creative control. Personally, I think Bob may be the top cue artist in the business in terms of design that might be considered to be "modern"

That's basically how the scenario played out....................

Needless to say, the end result was beyond expectations.

Also, thanks to everyone else that has complimented the cue.

talk about raising the bar..........I've never seen one of these cues that wasn't awesome even the "southwest/kerhsenbrock" styled ones.
