Fraud,he had 100% feedback and was high bidder on both your cues! Why havent you left neg. feedback on his account????? Somethings FISHY here boys!

i would have to say.. not taking any sides.. but sometimes its better off not to leave any feedback over a negative feedback.. if he leaves negative feedback now, he leaves himself open to retaliation feedback..

now if what your saying is true, thats bad for him and if other people feel that way, he may loose customers but then in all reality its his problem.. not ours..

This auction was up to $8500 this morning.
I guess what I am finding strange is the total number of retracted bids with statements to the effect that the account was hi-jacked.
E-bay is slowly becoming an area to avoid for almost all types of sales.

THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH EBAY,ITS THE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOW USING IT DOING ALL SORTS OF TRICKS TO SELL THERE ITEMS.ALL THESE ZERO BIDDERS,HIJACKED ACCOUNTS,RETRACTED BIDS,THERE ALL SALES TRICKS NOW INTO HOOKING A BUYER!!!! ITS ALL B.S. NOW

Notice that one of those retracted bids came from done12many2, who was also the winning bidder on a few cues Dak is now offering for sale here. Not that this really tells us much; it could mean someone is using that account to sabotage Dak's auctions, or it could mean that Dak is using that account to bid his prices up???

Someone hijacked done12many2 info and bid up my cues.I am offering them $100 below reserve so who is really getting screwed ME.

I agree anyone who knows me knows my integrity.I had nothing to do with the bids,when I found out they were illegit I cancelled them.

This very same person tried to bid one of my cues last week. I cancelled the bid because I hate dealing with people with zero feedback. At the same time, I blocked him from bidding on any of my stuff again.

A day later, someone with zero feedbacks bids again, I checked out the e-mail and it was the same person again. Had to do it all over again.

Well, he has one feedback now...but I'm sure I did the right thing by cancelling the bid.

I have personally dealt with DAK and i can attest to his honesty and definately would deal with him again without reservation..........mike

I notified Dak21st of the fraudulent winner of 3 of his auctions. The Mottey and 2 Richard Harris cues he had on e-bay. The person who hi-jacked the account is another Japan fraud artist. This same person was emailing me trying to scam the same cues another Japan fraud artist attempted to scam previously.

This guy that was preying on Dak21st also sent me e-mail photos of a Parrot cue that "he had for trade". This is the exact same Parrot cue that was sold 5-6 months ago on ebay that was won by Kevin West on a Tiger-PlanetPool Tour event. I have been working with Todd Elkin of Parrot cues to try to purchase that one, and this guy from Japan has it:mad: I call bullshit on that. So this guy from Japan offered to sell me the Parrot for 1250 shipped to the USA, and to prove to me that he is not a fraud, he said he would ship the cue first. I will gladly retract these words if that Parrot cue ever hits my doorstep from Japan:rolleyes:

Dak21st is a real seller, and a good ebayer and azer. Dak21st is the one who got screwed here, out of his auction fees. Now if he'd ever sell me that Jensen reasonably, I'd even say more good stuff about him:D

many i'm being a little paranoid, but don't the high bidder (done12many2) and the second high bidder (2v12) seem a similar? what are the odds of two screen names bidding 1 and 2 on a cue both have a 2 and a 12 in the name?

It almost looks like the "bidder" (not Dak) bought the predator cue within the last week to legitimize his scam...

"Oh, look he must be legit he has good feedback on his last auction for a pool cue"

He buys 1 item every 5-7 months gets good feedback, because he does that sale on the up and up... scams a few honest sellers who are afraid to leave negative feedback within that 6 month window and then repeats...

Is it conspiracy or am I paranoid too?
