Really nice Tiger/Curly Maple handle, Birds Eye Maple points recut with Ebony into Cocobolo. Ebony butt sleeve with Elephant Ivory inlays. Cored forearm. Cue hits great. Comes with 2 shafts pictured. This cue has a compound tapered back end (butt sleeve is the same size as the back end of the handle section).

First $900 gets it.

Email me at jwpetree@oklahomabilliards.com or call 918-398-3600.

Glad to see you back. What a killer coco and ivory cue! Do you have any jump/breaks on the works?

I do have some forearms ready for break jumps. Getting one started for you is just a matter of a small deposit. :)

That is one bad-to-the-bone cue. It has a taper on the buttsleeve that is the same as the handle, IOW, it doesn't get real fat toward the back!

This is a true player's cue. It is cored with lamination all the way through too. You can look down at the pin and see. It has the true essence of JWPetree craftsmanship. AKA, absolutely flawless work.

=)
I've fell into a huge hole the past couple years and still owe many folks some past due work. Trying to get back on my feet here.

Thanks for your support!

Show some love for JW!

I have been spending time with Pete lately, and I can say that he is on the up and up! I want some of you other AZer's out there to show your support for this fine craftsman and welcome this man back with open arms. He is certainly an asset to AZ and pool in general and has a true gift for this fine art. He ain't too shabby on the pool table either! Beats my ass, and I ain't no slouch!

Anyway, my point is, some know about Pete's situation and some don't. If you have something coming to you, it will be covered in due time. Just be compassionate and positive about it, and you will see that it is the for the best. Pete owed me for quite some time, and busted his ass to get me what he owed me. I never once doubted him, never said a word about it, and didn't complain. If Pete owes you something, work with him, talk to him, and be encouraging. If he doesn't owe you, keep your mouth shut! It does more bad than you know when negative comments are made! Let's learn to be positive!

Like Hillbilly's daddy (probably) always said, "If you ain't got nothin nice to say, don't say it at all!"

What I love about AZ is the amazing support we have for our sport. The Galveston Streams are one example of just how powerful we are. (1200+ viewers at one time!!!!) We are all here because we love pool and have a deep passion for all things to do with it. This connection is one type of connection that brings us together and that is extremely important! Don't do something that ruins that connection!

I am asking my fellow AZer's to show this man the love and respect he deserves as a respectable cue maker and true ambassador for the sport.

I am behind Pete 100% and will do whatever I can to help him get back to square. If that means doing cue work or just plain being there for him to talk to, I will do that. If there are others out there who feel the same way, by all means, show it!

Also you owe some folks past due money as well. I hope all is well with you and you make attempts to rectify situations.

Good luck to you in your return.

On my first public attempt to sell something and make a dollar. Very classy way to approach me about it, brother. Much appreciated.

You have never made an attempt to do anything to pay me back. You even were so arrogant to throw attitude my way like I had done something wrong, VERY CLASSY MOVE ON YOUR PART. I have don't nothing wrong and you've pretty much made it clear that you have no intentions on giving me a refund, if you would have done this too anyone else there would be multiple threads about this and they would get bumped every other week. Once again, I'm not a financial institution, I didn't give you a loan. Almost 2 years and no attempt to pay me back, not one, nothing. No good will, gesture, nothing. And if you had any class you would approach me about paying me back, not me asking where's my money.

It's all point of view, put the shoe on the other foot and think about it.

This should be handled in PM's.
