Doors open at 11
I played there for about 2 hours this afternoon. Very nice room and excellent equipment. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend that any AZ Billiards folks in the area stop in to play. Thanks to Trevor for opening a room in this tough economy. I wish him the best of luck.

Jesse - it was very nice to meet you. I hope to play more pool with you in the future.
We will hold our first tournament on Monday June 7th. Check the tournaments section later today for complete details
To answer a couple questions...
A 14.1 league is an option, but to be completely honest, I'm not knowledgable on how to run one. I'd have to familiarize myself or I'm open to someone running one.
The pool rates are $3 per hour M-F 11-5 and $6 per hour all other times. I have coupons printed out that will give players a buy one hour get one hour for free with unlimited use for 30 days. So for example, if you come in after 5:00 on a Friday and play for 4 hours, you will only pay for 2 hours. You can do this over and over for 30 days. Therefore, you will be paying $3 an hour. Ask for a coupon when you come in. They can only be used after 5pm.
Welcome to the forum. I'm not sure where the pool of players will come from I'm thinking
630 is to early 730 or 8 is the usual start time for weekly turnys I think 5/3 is more than doable with 9 tables if there's decent players attending

Play at my monthly events at VIP. We'll start on time for you...I applaud a 6:30 start time, that way the matches may actually start by 7:30 or 8pm. Normal working people may not want to play in a tourney that ends at 1 or 2am in the morning during the week.
If they can start at 6:30 every week I'd be impressed. I can't remember a tournament that actually started on time. I'm sure that somewhere there's been one that did but I can't remember it.
