It's a tube case. I have been using one of Deans cases for the last two years. They protect the cues as good as any case. They weigh almost nothing empty. Best of all they will handle 60" cues without a problem, but 58"ers are still easy to get out. Very well designed case. They a even have a jump cue pocket. Not that Dean would carry a jump cue!

no body touches these cases for the money nobody!! newer cases with the jb interior is the nuts! sold all my high end cases and went to these! love my 2 x 3 for carry and 4 x 8 for storage! :thumbup:
