Not sure if you are asking where that table is or where you can buy those led panels. It is my home setup and I live in Czech Republic, Europe. On a recent stream they had a sponsor selling "custom" made pool table lights. I looked at their site and I think the price started around $600.
About a year ago I picked up 2 LED shop lights at Costco on sale for $29 each and I think that may be regular price now. They work well and will probably replace them with the flat panel. In no hurry as I am sure that the prices will start dropping.
