I am amazed at the level of proficiency in English of the European players.

Oh, I'm sorry. Was she speaking English? All I heard was something similar to Charlie Brown's teacher while staring into her eyes.

I'd give anything to see her SNAP that tournament. She can do it. She just needs a little more experience.

She mentioned that she looked at the world championship a great practice and a chance to learn. I like her attitude, but if the w.c. is practice, just what is she practicing for???

She has never beat me in pool. I am not saying that this could be her goal, I am just stating some facts.

(I am undefeated against her in pool because we have only played snooker against eachother)

I would imagine it will increase her proficiency in 14.1, that can't hurt her and perhaps in the future if there is a world 14.1 tournament for women, it will serve her well

IMO, she is a world class 14.1 specialist capable of winning the World Championship someday. She has improved her finishes every year so far - if she keeps progressing at the same rate, she will be in the final next year. I would not be surprised to see her win, after all, she did eliminate the reigning World Champion in the event (Oliver Ortmann).

If she does win the gold medal someday, that will give a big boost for the game of pool. She is very marketable, very beautiful, very well spoken, and she has an unbelievably awesome attitude. With her bronze medal finish, I cannot understand why she hasn't caught the attention of the main stream press.

I agree - she also states that her goal is challenging the best male players - perhaps that is her real reason - but one thing I cannot understand is why she did not take 14.1 gold in EPC 2008 in Germany, as I cannot think of any Euro female players that are on her level unless there are some and we or rather I don't know who they are .
