I've been admiring Mike Johnson's work for a few years and particularly this cue's sister :eek:

I was very interested in acquiring this particular cue's sister cue which had an Irish Linen wrap.....but, a day late and a few $$$ short missed the chance :rolleyes:

Anyways, this BEAUTY of a cue showed up today via UPS without any hitches (actually called them and asked them to deliver the package to us late at our PUB :D ) THANKS UPS!!!

I've been very interested in this particular cue for over a year and, I'm very grateful that whiteoak was kind enough to let me acquire this wonderful Ebony/Ivory Hoppe cue!

Three (3) shafts with Ivory ferrules and, OMG GORGEOUS Gray/Blue Veneers.......THANKS Mikee! :)

Thanks for the positive comments! I had a feeling that MJ made a great cue but just never ever pulled the trigger before :confused:

I can only tell you that this particular cue......well it -- HITS A TON JIMBO!!!

I've only shot a few racks with this particular cue/shaft combo but, I'd say that it feels a little front heavy to me at the moment -- yet, it pockets the balls just fine.....but really, I think it's just a tad heavy for me at 19.5 oz vs the 18 oz that I've really gotten used to shooting with in the last year :rolleyes:

Definitely, an EXCELLENT PLAYER's CUE

what the hell? ups agreed to deliver it to your pub at your request? they wont even deliver it later in the day for me or hold it so i can pick it up on the day of delivery. what gives?

Very nice example of a Jensen Hoppe. Bet it plays lights out. I have a similar model but with a buckhorn joint.
