well sir the sad fact is a legless man if there is one in the IPT tournament
and the biggest payout to date with strict rules of dress code and behavior
would not have got on top of the table either. he simply would have got the bridge out and made the shot like a proffessional and human being with
respect to the man hes going to beat. so would it have been ok to

Yes, he was a very small man. His doctor was heard to say that he may grow a few more inches, but he'll never grow another foot.

Well, I for one have never heard of this "one foot must be on the floor" rule. I've been shootin' pool my whole life with both feet on the floor and no one's ever said a word!
