Where is the best place to buy a Nick Varner cue? best as in best selection, lowest prices, best service, etc.

And just wondering if anybody has played with a Nick Varner cue and what they might think of them?

Mike

My buddy had a nick varner and he loved it. He is a master level player and had the cue for awhile. I liked the design it looked nice was balanced good but I personaly didnt like the hit but so many variables come in to play on that. It finaly met its match when I beat him for the first time in a race to 20. His temper has gotten better lol I think overall a good cue for the money

They go for around $100.00 at my home room here in Atlanta,Ga. "Mr.Cues II" ask for Mandy. I have one with an OB2 shaft that I have been playing with and I love it but I cannot say the same for the original shaft play.

I have one that was given to me. It looks ok but I was greatly disappointed in the shaft.

I won one of these cues in a raffle a few years back. The retail value was about $230. I keep it in my rec room for everybody to use when they come over to play.
The hit/feel of any cue comes down to personal preference, but to me, I think it has a kind of "tink" hit. I prefer a lil more solid hit.

Sometimes the cue must pay.

For the money they are great cues.

Shafts could need some tapering/adjusting depending on the hit you like.

I'm a Nick Varner Dealer. It is the first plaque I put on my wall above my desk.

I play with a Nick Varner shaft. It has no mineral or sugar marks anywhere. I have had several custom shafts made along with other shafts on different cues and always go back to the Varner shaft. For the money I think they are the best cues and by far the best shafts! Go to his sight and sign up to be a dealer and save on all pool related items.
