Neilson's and Joe are the best on the web, I have always been more than satisfied with their service, staff and shipping speed. I highly recommend them.

I've recently ordered quite a few things from him and the service and communication have been top notch. Also they have great deals. Thanks Neilsen's (joerackem). Great people to deal with.
 
just happened to see this thread in the Main.

I have to say that Nielsens Billiards is worth the good review even for overseas sales.

I have dealt with Joe twice and it has been great so far.

Fast response from their team for shipping rates and prices.

I never had a bad experience with Joe. He has a very good selection, and his prices are very competitive.
 
I cant agree more JoeRackem has my vote for purchasing every time fast shipping always a pleasure to do business with them would look there first everytime!!!!!!
 
Joe is great...One of a kind....I'm really picky and Joe is willing to take out weight bolts, check the weight without it and get back to me...I can't think of a question I have asked him that he hasn't answered right away....I've dealt with him over 20 times...Can't beat this guy...He will go back and forth with e-mails or talk with you on the phone...
I've asked other dealers to check cues and they either can't because they don't have them in stock, or just won't bother...Joe is very helpful...Doe's anything I ask and doesn't question why, just does it..Hard to beat service from Nielsen's Billiards....
 
I will also vouch for joerackem, I ordered a jump / break cue from him a short while ago, arrived in the UK around 5 days, and then took another 5 days to get through customs and to my door. Worked out waaaaay cheaper ordering from him then ordering from a UK retailer (who quite often order from the US, pay the duties and then ship to you anyway). If I decide to upgrade my playing cue when I'm flush, I will most likely use them again. Really friendly and helpful, you can tell they're passionate about their business.
 
I can 100% affirm all positives for Joe! Him and Kathy have a stand up business, and ALWAYS bend over backwards for their customers. I consider them both friends, and anytime I am in town, I always make it a point to swing by and see how they are doing.

And... since it has not yet been mentioned in this thread... Joe can play... WELL, like REALLY WELL
I wouldn't call him a world beater, but any road player that is in town, Joe is one of 3 numbers on the "who to call list"

I've purchased from nielsen's numerous times and is always an extremely pleasant experience-everything from pricing to providing shipping info tracking you name it is handled with integrity and passion that is a welcome experience in 2014-i highly recommend them-if your thinking about an item to add to your billiard needs contact them you won't be disappointed-great people to deal
 
I have dealt with Joe before on eBay and he does a very good job and is very responsive. He is on my list of people to go to for specific items.
 
If Joe carries what I need, he gets the order. I don't waste my time shopping him. If he has it or can get it, he gets my money. Period
 
Yeah...old Joe is like a Walmart. If a small time dealer sells something cheaper, old Joe will beat his price even if he losses money.

Just wipe out all the little dealers and buy off of old Joe.

Might be a great guy for buyers but not for his competition. :boring2:
