Have we all just come to expect greatness from him every time?

He's quietly put together one of the highest game winning percentages
of the tourney and has never really been in danger of not advancing.

Congrats to the king!

"In the end, there can be only one!"
Come Sunday, Efren will crown himself the king again!

I don't know if he's got enough gas in the tank, tho I do know he's driving the right vehicle.

Efren is the only player that has made the final 6 in ALL 3 of the IPT events...last year's KOTH, NA Open, and World Open. That is an outstanding feat by itself.

Along with Efren, Dennis Orcullo also repeats his final 6 performance of last tournament.

But don't forget Immonen, who also made the final 6 in last year's KOTH.

If you participate in the poll on the score IPT page he is the number one pick, so I think someone still loves Efren. Including myself, I just don't want to jinx my top pics!

Efren is the best 8-ball player on the planet...............BUT, this is short race, round robin. At this level anyone can win; WAY too much depends on the random results of the "power break."

Efren ran out of lucky boogers against Rodney. :D
I hope Efren practices his 8-ball break more often.

Efren is a ball worse than everyone in the final six. It's just that the intimidation factor is worth two balls from his opponents, giving him a net advantage of one ball.

(just joking...but maybe there's some truth to this?)

But the last event that TH won, effie did run out of gas...........tho I think this man is the greatest to promote the game through his humbleness and nature in general. He's the Picasso of billiards, he can't be anything else but the "Magician" many times its art on the green felt.
