Cheap Ass pool players that don't appreciate the money added(LOL) to this event:thumbup:...but that's just one persons opinion...I want this event to stay alive and well so I mentioned the bottled water to the owners after I saw about 10 people ordering Ice water and not even tipping the waitress..lol

I like drinking water myself sometimes...but when there is money added like this...I'm going to make sure that we at least come close to covering the $500 this time..

Zach, this has always been a sore spot with me! The room adds money and the player will not support them. When I drank I felt I was helping them but since I quit I drink 3 or 4 cokes at least and food if served (not much help I know). As far as the waitress, you tip for service not how much you spend in the rooms. I tip even if its a free glass of water. People who never worked for tips or managed clubs just don't understand.

Your doing a good job keep it up.

Players there for the money not spending it

I agree with you 100%, lol I laugh when I see people giving the waitress hell and giving her a 25 cent tip, lol... Last months was a great tourney and lookn forward to this one. BTW lets try sum 1hole 9-8

I noticed that too, hell I thought it was awesome they let you bring in pizza from next door, I tipped on that and my sodas, will definatly be back.
Good job Zack
See you next year

This place is awesome...all we need now is a couple of 9ft tables...for donations please contact me at 940-595-6091..

It's so awesome when the owner walks up to you when you walk in and asks if your looking for action and then sets a game up for you lol

hey guys just to let you know...I'm going to try and have new pockets installed properly before the tournament..The ones now are ok but a few of them are loose..

Jeff Sorrel is working on all of the tables this coming week before the tournament to help in any way that he can...This should be a good one!!!!

I'm on vacation for a few weeks and have nothing to do. Is this tournament worth driving 4.5 hours for? I am by no means tournament ready but San Angelo's pool scene sucks.

Thanks, John

I do think this tournament is worth it, they had a good turnout for the first event and it should grow. The dfw metroplex is full of league players that would rather play 8ball than 9ball and when the word starts spreading about how good the first tourney was this event will only grow. Besides there is quite a few players that will be at this tourney that are always looking to gamble if you choose to.

this was a good tournament last month... I can't make it as I'll be in vegas. But if you need some motivation for reasons to make it out to this event, the last event had an oddly high amount of beautiful women at a pool tournament. So, if you like gazing at beautiful college students, this tournament might be for you.

With the numbers for the weekly tournament growing I can only anticipate to see the crowd at this weekends tournament...4 more days!!!!

Count me in my friend. Like I said above I am in no way shape or form tournament ready but I'll make the drive anyway. Zach, PM sent.

Thanks, John
