As the title implies, I'm trying to find someone in northwest IL (about an hour southwest of Rockford) that does cue work. I want to get a new ferrule and a white diamond tip put onto my jump cue but haven't been able to find anyone close that does cue work. If any IL members on here know of anywhere please let me know. Galesburg and Peru are quite some distance from me. I was hoping to find someone a little closer. I've heard about someone in Dixon, IL that does cue work but haven't been able to locate a name or number. Just found out the gentleman from Dixon is a member here, DanO of TimO's Cues. Anyone know him?

He did some work for me awhile back, new tip. A friend took it to him and unfortunately the contact info I have is back in IL, I am in AZ, sorry.

I do extensive cue repair in the Chicagoland area and also have a mobile workshop but unfortunately I think I'm still quite a ways from you, I'm in Oak Lawn, IL and travel as far as Aurora, IL to do cue repair at a local bar one weekend a month.
I live in sandwich, and work in aurora, if the OP can meet up with me tomorrow morning somewhere on my drive from sandwich to byron, I will meet up with castillo leather goods in aurora. He can do the work and I will meet back up with op. Just pm me....
