Now that the IPT has self-destructed....

Yeah- It was $899.00 and if you want to look it up just look for Ted Harris's posts when the tour was announced. He thought it was a fair fee and people oppossed to it were just stupid nits. In fact he was mailing his in first thing.

Someone else said that the 150 memberships were given out for free. memikey had simply forgotten that the membership fee had been dropped from the original $899 and was pointing out that the 150 weren't given tour cards for free, they paid $899 for them. He wasn't complaining about the $1, he wasn't even complaining about the $899.... he was simply trying to correct a statement that he thought was wrong. When it was pointed out that he was incorrect about it, he graciously admitted that he had made a mistake.

There are way too many people in the world that won't admit when they make a mistake. When someone points it out, no matter how politely, some people are so weak in character that they'll simply ignore it and never admit that they made a mistake or misunderstood something. Here's a person with enough character to admit that he was mistaken (only slightly so because in the beginning, it was $899. Easy to get lost in ALL the changes the IPT has made) and you accuse him of complaining about a $1.

He might've made an honest mistake that many could easily have done considering that was the case at one point, but you sir chose to cast a smart alleck stone when you yourself couldn't even take the time to read the previous posts and comprehend them.

Talk about people complaining... :rolleyes:

Jasper, I guess you're one of those people that I put in bold print. You "complained" that memikey was complaining and he wasn't complaining. I pointed out to you that you were incorrect and you've completely ignored me. How's that backbone working out for you? Feeling a little weak?
