Obama Billiards!

Really  ? This is one of the only forums I go on, and I thought it got crazy sometimes. For the most part, pool players are pretty tolerant when it comes to differences, but politics must do something to some people. To tell you the truth, some guys talk so much politics, that I don't know when they actaully play pool!

You deleted your post long after it had already been quoted and then want to infer that anyone that doesn't agree with your choice of candidate are bigots? I participate in several different forums and this one happens to have the most tolerant base in regards to accepting others views and opinions. I don't ever recall anyone on AZ ever making bigotted remarks, ever. You're the only one that brought bigotry into the conversation... Why would you want to write a derogatory blank check on other posters here who may have an opposing but tolerant view of the President-Elect?

You've obviously never visited the NPR forum here...

I'm not an Obama fan but I actually liked macguy's post (that he deleted) and didn't see anything about it that would have had any potential to instigate bigotry from anyone..... It just irked me that he would delete a good natured post and then throw bigot in the mix. I've only been to NPR a couple of times so I can't really speak as to what goes on there but I have never seen it here in the general forum.... 99% of the members here are good people and I didn't like the comment appearing to write a blank check over many.

Here's a thought, as it might be a bad thought it is a thought. Below is an email for Obama. Let's ask him to put a pool table in the White House! This would benefit all of us. We saw him banging them around and maybe he has a passion like us. Again, just a thought. I'm going there right now and at least ask the question.

I just sent this:

I would love to see Obama put a pool table in the White House again! This would help an industry that has been on the downturn. The last help we got was Paul Newman's The Color of Money, it would be a great photo op whenever needed.

Man, the guy can't even bowl 38. Get real. Maybe he could train his new Whitehouse dogs to knock in pool balls like Fast Larry. Then maybe he could make a ball.
