I've installed a tiger everest tip onto one of my cues but accidentally glued the the wrong side. I know this may sound stupid but will the tip play differently now?? I can't see any differences between the top and bottom of the tip so I'm guess it will play ok, am i right??

If you haven't shaped it.....don't

Remove the tip with a heavy duty razor or utility knife or sharpened putty knife as close to the ferrule as possible withhout damaging the ferrule. Then resurface the ferrule smooth to get the glue and remaining leather from the tip off and start over . You won't lose that much of the top of tip which you will shape away anyway.

I have done the same with an older Moori before they started marking the glue side, and it worked out fine.

IMO, the Everest tip plays a little better after a couple of layers have been removed anyway, so don't worry about it. Like the previous poster said, cut it off as close to the ferrule as possible and do it over.

It works just fine. I've put those and snipers on backwards and haven't had any issues. In fact my current tip is a backwards sniper, which is 7 months old...

It will not make a difference.

You are ok ;)

I guess Everest is different that Moori tips so....

I would probably cut it off anyway and install a Kamui or Moori:D :D

I know that was dickhead statement.... but in my case, it is the truth.
