As seen at http://woodpeckercues.com/... pretty sure that's supposed to be just one word...

Hope they play better than they look! I'm sure somebody loves them, but they just don't fit my taste.

5280-& then-Concept cues-& now-Wood pecker cues..

I was checking out the Woodpeckercue.com yesterday, but there's not alot of info on them, the site is said to be "under construction"..

I was mainly interested in the slight LD shafts they have,, seen Duel and Schmidt on a interview prior "Tar 28", and Corey was talking about them shafts, and the designs he creates for the butts..

Prices seem high for the way they look, but they might play great ,,who knows ?!

I'm sorry, but I can get a very nice looking custom cue for half that price. The wavy cues are cheap, but you gotta PAY ME to play with those, lol!

Does that actually mean they are Made in America or somewhere else with a Jacoby stamp on them? Just curious since they don't seem to resemble a cue the Jacoby's are known for..
They dont have a jacoby stamp, they have a woodpecker stamp since they're woodpecker cues. they are manafactured by jacoby but designed by Corey.

I've always liked Corey. I wish him luck with this enterprise; I have a feeling he's going to need it.

Corey would be better off just playing for Jacoby. these things are not flattering by any stretch. A couple don't look bad, but $1300??????????

I would by a WAY NICER Jaboby for the same money, and I really like Corey.

Just pretend it says DP on it and you'll pay $5500 for the same cue and write long reviews proclaiming it to be a MONSTER! (yes, with full force and caps lock on).

I don't see $1300 of detail, but $1000, sure. Nice veneers, clean design, inlaid butt, big pin. Nicer than a house cue or a seconds stock of maple covered up by graphics. What I don't like is the size of the inlays; a bit too large for the design of the cue.
