Old cue ID please?

I picked this up recently from a guy who told me his grandfather said, "get rid of it"... He claims his grandfather got it in some trade deal 30+ years ago and the cue/case combo have been sitting in his attic ever since. 5/16x18 joint and original micarta ferrule. Wrap looks like Cortland or old Penn linen. There are no markings whatsoever.

I think it's an old Adams but I am clueless when it comes to this stuff... If anyone has any insight, please let me know! Thanks!

Hey Partner, the cue is a model Jim Rempe model 11 or JR-11 and yes it was made by Adam Custom Cues. The cue was made in the late 1970's into the 1980's, many times the logo on the cues butt would wear off because they were a transfer decal.

I am uncertain what the cue is worth, while I do have an original catalog I do not have the original price list.

Oh and by the way, this cue is not one of thenew ones that are currently being made as reproduction this cue is an Adam Original.

I wonder if its a Richard Helmstetter?If it is it could have more interest and value.I like the looks of it. it might have been his and Adam both
