NOT FOR SALE, SORRY NOT FOR SALE, REMOVED FROM LISTING NOT FOR SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SORRY THE FIRST PICTURE IS NOT OF MY CUE, I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY PICTURE ARCHIVES I COULDN'T TELL THAT THIS WASNT A PICTURE OF MY CUE, THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE WRAP, NOW THAT I SEE IT BLOWN UP. SORRY, OTHERWISE, THE CUE IS EXACTLY THE SAME EXCEPT FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WRAP, SORRY MY MISTAKE, I HAVE MULTIPLE PICTURES OF THE BUTT SECTION AND YOU CAN SEE THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME IN CONDITION, EXCEPT THE WRAP TYPE.

I APPOLOGIZE TO azbilliards member, "HEREWEGO" THE PICTURE IS OF THE BUTT SECTION OF HIS CUE, ACTUALLY I AM NOT FOR SURE IF THIS IS YOURS OR FROM A RE-FINISH OF ONE FROM 'PROFICIENT BILLIARDS' EITHER WAY, I APPOLOGIZE, IF IT IS A PROBLEM, I CAN KILL THE AD ALL TOGETHER AND RELIST IT, BUT ITS A PAIN, BUT I WILL DO IT IF IT IS A CONCERN, JUST LET ME KNOW.

ATTENTION: ATTENTION: ATTENTION:

I JUST REMOVED THE FIRST PICTURE THAT WAS WRONG, THE REMAINING PICTURES SHOWN ARE OF THE ACTUAL CUE, SORRY!!!!

help, i just checked and now the picture jumped to the bottom of the pictures, how do i get rid of it, sorry again!

This is an awesome 1982 Mali "Top of the Line" Model T-15 - Today, 04:02 PM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The cue is like new, the condition is excellent butt has no damage and shaft has not damage, this cue was stored most of its life. I rolled the cue when I shot with it last and the cue rolled with no lift at all. However, I did roll both the shaft and butt apart and the shaft was bone straight and true, but the butt section had a lift and it looks like it is from the wrap, I a long time ago, cleaned the wrap with a wet cloth and I think the linen swelled a little, so I think the wrap needs to be pressed for the butt to be perfect, but the little lift does not affect the cue or the shooting at all, the cue shoots excellent and solid. If you need more pictures, e-mail your e-mail address and I'll send you more pictures, thanks.

Mike

Also, you might be wondering what the price is, I was offered, $225.00 a couple months ago and I turned it down. I talked to the guys at Proficient Billiards, they had the exact same cue that they re-finished and they said they sold the cue to a guy in Canada for, $385.00. So, I would want to sell it somewhere between these numbers, especially with knowledge that the finish on my cue is all original and not re-done by someone.
Let me know what you think or would like to offer,

Thank

Butt Cap Material

What material is the butt cap made from. Looks like a delrin replacement in the first pic and the original plastic in the second pic.

I bought this cue and payed through Paypal. He refunded my money saying his cousin couldn't ship it. Now he puts it back up for sale.

DIRTBAG.

Chris

They are 2 different cues. The last picture is of my 1st generation with the original butt cap.

Explaination of cue history!!!?!??!??

NOT FOR SALE NOT FOR SALE NOT FOR SALE NOT FOR SALE NOT FOR SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i completely explained the situation to this customer and why, he was out nothing and i did the right thing by refunding his money, immediately, when i found out that i couldn't ship the cue out until i found someone to ship it for me, some people you just can't satisfy. I explained that the only reason i was selling this cue and alot of other cues is to pay for medication to try to eliminate a mersa-staph infection in my bone that is so bad that i had to have my hip removed and i have been in the hospital in issolation for over 6 weeks. I explained that since we talked last, i had posted an ad to sell some cue cases, and a azbilliards customer, in fact 2 had contacted me because they saw a couple of cues inside the cue cases i had listed for sale. The customer asked if i would consider selling this mali cue and a early huebler as well. They informed me that the mali was a higher level mali and it was worth some good monies to the right customer. One offered, over $225.00 and another offered over $300.00, i gave this information to the customer that i had refunded the monies to and offered to give him first right of refusal on buying the cue, but i couldn't sell it at the original price, since i found out that the cue was worth considerably more.
I feel i have been fair and given the original buyer the chance to re-negotiate the cue if he was interested, otherwise, i would sell the cue to the highest offer, since the only reason i am selling this cue is for money to buy medications.
I'm sorry if you are upset by this, but i have helped so many others, i have to watch out for myself sometimes.
That is the complete story and you have all the facts, in fact the cue is still available and has not been sold, since i am still at the mercy of my cousin to ship my cues for me and he has been out of the state.

i cant please everyone all the time, sorry!!

Mike - I have no problem with you using my picture but the wrap is not the only difference in our cues. They are from different generations based on the butt cap material. If a buyer purchased the cue because they saw the older butt cap of my cue they would not be getting what they expected and could possibly lead to an unsatisfied customer.

We came to an agreement and I payed.

Just my $0.02

I don't know the details of any dispute somone might have with Acedonkeyace but I'm here to defend his reputation based upon my experience dealing with him as a seller. He's admittedly in a very difficult position physically speaking which affects his overall mobility only....not his hinesty or integrity. He maintains close communciations with a buyer as much as possible and is temporariy dependent on the support of other family memebers and friends to assist him with the physical aspects associated with undergoing an extended hospital stay and eventually, lots of bed rest/recovery time when he eventually gets home......but the guy is a straight shooter.....I've never found him to be anyhting thing less than 100% honest. In all likelihodd, the disgareements that arise from time to time between a seller and a buyer is becuase the buyer didn't take the time to ask the right questions or made some assumptions...example...I thought the shafts sizes would have been larger, or say smaller.....even if the shaft dimensions had been discusssed before....there's always the "When you said....I took it to mean.....I didn't know when you said 12.25mm just how narrow the shafts were going to be...etc."

Anyway, as far as I'm concerned, I'd do business again with Acedonkeyace in a heartbeat and that's all I can say about my experinec with him.

Matt, I second what you've said about Mike...

Not taking any sides in this one...just that I personally wouldn't hesitate. He's proven himself to me...

GET WELL SOON MIKE...GLWS!

so the last picture isn't the actual cue either?

...................

looks like he removed the first picture due to the edit reason saying it was the wrong picture.. but then he added a new last picture.. which happens to be the same as the picture he removed...

Mike -> i think you added the wrong picture again at the end..

Hey Chris- I don't know you from a hole-in-the-wall...but I am 100% in agreement with you. The guy made a deal with you and backed out. Now he says, if you pay more, you can have what you bought already. Excuses don't matter. He should not be selling this again on AZ unless he honors his first sale with you. As far as I'm concerned you already bought this cue.

Bob

Thanks Bob.
I'm a long time respected member here on AZ with hundreds of transactions with people, dealers and Cuemakers.
For a new guy to come here and do this is bullshit.

LET ME KNOW< ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Something is fishy...only asking 200 here. http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=240137

You should honor your deal with Bogey, if he even wants it now...

If you look through the OP's previous threads, there's been price changes, quite a few description changes, as well as multiple threads selling the same items with different descriptions......I'm staying away. Especially after seeing this deal reneged on.

Sorry everyone, i am getting a bad vibe from this whole

EXPERIENCe, i appreciate all the offers and the backing up of my previous dealings, I feel the best thing for me to do, is put this cue away and wait until I get out of the hospital and when a couple of the leagues I have played in the past start back up and I can stop by and see some of my old friends I will find a good home for this nice cue.
For a couple of people who made offers, I thank-you, but I am not going to sell anything i have especially if I am not going to get a positive feeling about the experience.
Sorry for the picture mix-up also, I put the picture on first and I made a mistake and it wasn't the butt section of my cue, when I found this out, I removed it, but as soon as I did, the deleted pictured Popped back up on the end.
So God is giving me a message to walk away from this whole posting and let the cue go back to sleep in the closet.
Take care to all the AZ'ers, best of health to you and all your families,

God BLESS, all!!!

This mali cue is removed from sale, sorry!!!

Not for sale!!!!!!

Not for sale!!!!!!

Sorry

Mike..I really do empathize with you and your situation and I think I even sent you a gift to help.. However, I don't agree with your decision to put the cue back "to sleep" in the closet. I think your reputation is worth far more than you feel you are losing by not honoring your first sale of the cue.. Please rethink this Mike..I think you will find it will serve you much better in the long run..Good luck to you..Dan
