Here's the heaviest cue I've ever picked up (26+oz). It is a 1975 rosewood or pau ferro merry widow Tad cue once owned by Vic Morrow (anyone remember Combat?) The cue was a gift from George Brand as indicated on the metal placque. The buttsleeve is engraved with "Vic Morrow." Mr. Morrow died in a tragic accident while filming a movie.

How many "celebrity owned" cues do you have

I used to watch Combat every week, he died during the filming of the Twilight Zone movie

Love that Tad

Martin,

Another Great cue! And our friend Rick, who has a stunning cue collection, was a co-star with Vic Morrow on that tv series!

wow 26+oz ....when i worked at playoffs in houston there was a guy that had a very early model tad that was in the 22 to 23oz range and it looked just like this one...at the time that was the like a tree branch to me i cant even think of shooting with a cue that heavy..but man that is a super cool piece of history....congrats on the great find...mickey carroll
