Does anyone have any experience withthese guys ? I bought a cue from them at the VNEA tournament last week and it has a wobble to it.
I called them many times all you get is an answering machine that says they will call you back . any input is appreciated

The guy that owns the company is on the road a lot. I purchased a cue from them and it had a wobble and they were a little slow to respond but they were very easy to work with once we made contact and they gave me a full refund for the purchase price of the cue.

I've traded with them before in person at the Valley Forge Expo, the guy's nice. No experience with the phone calls though....

Omega Mike is pretty cool and easy to get along with, but like they said above always on the road.if you bought at the show in person, did you not check it out there?he is pretty fair, but if you were there to check it out when you bought it,you might be on your own.

Mike Hoang is a standup guy...he posts in this forum too. I'm sure he'll get back to you in time. I dunno, maybe they are on vacation or something.

I second all that is said, I bought a Carmeli at the DCC from him and he is an ok guy, when I called him he was gone a lot, I am sure he will call you back when he gets back to Texas.
