I had bought a omen j/b from a guy here on the forum .One night
I was having some work done to one of my cues so I just played with
it .Well I kept on playing with it .The cue played so good I decided to
get a playing cue from Pete as well .Pete is one heck of a nice guy
and this playing cue I got today plays as good as any cue I think I have ever
picked up .I just got lasik yesterday and can actually see and then
the cue shows up today . The cue is balanced perfect and is ebony
cored and has a hit and a sound you have to hear and feel to appreciate.
Looks like I may have a schon for sale soon ....it hits em good but I
like this cue way better .Pete exceeded any expectations I had on
workmanship, playability, time frame, and how well he worked with me
and answered every question I had.He even went back and added the
bushka ring without one complaint after having the cue finished and
me seeing another cue he did with one and wanting it added .Good
old american service and craftmanship is not lost as long as we have
some cuemakers out there like Pete .

Omen cues Rocks!!!

I did also by a Omen after a research on the forum, every one i spoke with sad the same thing "YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH A OMEN CUE"

Nice pair. They match well and I love the flame veneers. I agree Pete goes the extra mile for his customer. He has never let me down or disappointed.
 
I think it's the part where he mentions selling his Schon cue.

BTW I told Pete about this thread and he seemed very appreciative of all the kind words.

Yeah , if anyone wants a nice stl-8 that has been refinished
I will let it go for $375 .It has only the ob-1 shaft with it ....you
can find schon shafts all over this forum .:D
 
I have been playing with an Omen off and on for years. I once sold my "player" and begged the guy to buy it back. That cue has seen more action than a two dollar whore. Great guy to work with, also.
 
I have never owned a Omen cue but I have hit with a few. I have to say that they all felt and played very good. As far as playability I honestly think his cues are among the best.
 
It makes perfect sense that you would be happy with your Omen cue! I love Pete's cue craft. Superb attenton to detail and top quality woods and materials. I'm proud to be a new dealer of Omen cues. I have 2 in stock now and 4 more coming in the next few months.

Phil wonders why so many have sent P.M.'s stating that our transaction went good/smooth and what they bought was better than described. Also that they look forward to more transactions in the future......

After sending me that poor excuse of a Rambo cue, a Murrell cue was at best "well used" (but the pics show'd it when it was new), it was in used enough condition that I had to give the next buyer a parcial refund to refinish the cue, a It's George 2 x 4 case that was so caved in that it would only accomidate 2 x 2, Phil doesn't think the Chris G has alot of room to point fingers at others.....
I sent the Rambo back
I credited $90 toward refinishing the Murrell
And had to give that case away (give away means I could get no cash value for it, so I litterly gave it away)

(WHICH YOU DIDN'T WANT TO COVER, UNTIL NICKED TOLD YOU IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO).....ANOTHER DEAL, WHERE YOU DIDN'T KEEP YOUR WORD.....

THE MURRELL..... BOGEY SOLD YOU THE CUE CHEAP, KNOWING IT HAD A CHIP IN THE FOREARM (WHICH WAS STATED IN THE THREAD, AND YOU TOLD HIM SEVERAL TIMES THAT YOU KNEW ABOUT IT) YOU GOT THE CUE, THAN WHINED ABOUT THE CHIP.

THE GEORGE CASE.....YOU KNEW IT WAS BEAT UP, THAT'S WHY IT WAS CHEAP..... MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T EXPECT TOP QUALITY STUFF, AT JUNK PRICES.


WHERE IN ANY OF THOSE DEALS WAS CHRIS THE BAD GUY??????
