On The Road Again with Perfect Aim....

Just give me a call.............

I was going to head to Wisconsin today but my neck said different.

I'm leaving St Louis and heading over to Springfield to do a lesson.

I will be going through Peoria and Bloomington so if anyone I missed on the way down to Tunica wanted to learn Perfect Aim I will try and stop.

Have a happy fourth everyone.

If we can do the Perfect Aim I will make your fourth even HAPPIER.

Thanks everyone........call 715-563-8712 :clapping::wink2::yeah:

Back in Eau Claire, Wi /Home sweet Home..............

Got back up here today.

Just in time for the fireworks.

Sat the family will be getting together for the annual croquet game. Actually it goes on most of the day between the food and all the conversations.

Then it's off to Madison to work with a young man named Jesse. I'm going to help his wife and son also. It should be a great time.

Tor Lowry is also going to be there. he is doing his reality show right there in Madison. And Jesse is one of his student.

It will be an opportunity to show off perfect Aim to Mr Tor. Is he in for a surprise. I will open his eyes up for sure. Should be fun.....

Plus I need to tell him we are probably related somewhere down the line. My mothers maiden name is Lowry.

I checked out Tor Lowry on line and this guy is doing some great stuff out there for the players and the game of pool.

He does all this training with the players for free. Got to know how he survives on the road. Maybe he has some deep pockets.

If his idea goes over well with the networks it should pay off though.

Whatever I can do to help I will. If nothing else I can share one of the biggest secrets on how to improve a players game at any level in a quick hurry.

Then it's off to Elk Horn i think and maybe the BCA in Vegas. Need to talk to Mark Griffin about that after the weekend. Another guy that is doing nothing but good things for the sport.

One man a van and the road............Sunday I'm open for lessons. 715-563-8712

Call me for a time.............1:00........5:00......or 9:00.............Can only do three.........

Heading to Madison Monday thru the 14th........

One more day with the family and it's up up and away again.

Madison is the first stop with a few lessons to get to in the surrounding areas.

There is a great pool base there with allot of talent.

First stop is to work with Jesse, his wife and his son. This is kind of a unique situation
because we probably have 3 different levels of ability and will really showcase the benefit that Perfect Aim will bring to the table at each.

My goal here as is with everyone i teach Perfect Aim to is to increase their ability to an immediate higher level and give them the ability to take it to whatever level they desire.
The key word is desire.

But one thing is for sure. When I do any personal lesson I know in my heart that their game is in a better place than before.

I'm very excited to work with this family. This lesson has been a few months in the making.

I know Jesse has the desire. Not only can I share one of the strongest techniques in the world but i can share it with the whole family.

This is a really special lesson................

One man a van and the road.............

Be in Madison at 6:00 Monday night..........

Be setting up more lessons for the week.

Getting the room for one week so I will be committed to finding students to help.

I will only be there for 7 days. Looks like I might be going to Vegas after that so don't wait to call.

I posted this in the other thread, but I meant to post it here...

Wow it was awesome working with Gene tonight. When he showed this system to my wife you should have seen here eyes light up when she made some tough cuts down the rail!

I have been very fortunate to have some amazing things happen to me in the world of pool lately and meeting Gene and learning his system is right up there.
I have been changing my game so drastically lately that I am not sure I even recognize myself when I play anymore.

With Perfect Aim and some of the other things I have been learning all I can say is watch out!

Almost 4am and I am beat so maybe I will post more tomorrow. Gene is still going to meet with my son, I am already looking forward to his "wow" moment.

Really good stuff here!
:thumbup::thumbup:

Your passion for the game is unmatched.........

The lesson was about 3 or 4 months in the making but the wait was well worth it.

To see you move and work to see the shot correctly and finally start nailing consistently, it was awesome.

I remember the look, :rolleyes:You got to be kiddiing kind of look, Steph gave me when I said i'd have her making the shot 5 times in a row. 15 minutes later that look was a great big smile. She could have done it 10 times.

Can't wait to work with your son. Good news is i will be here for 6 more days.

Plus being able to meet Tor was great. This guy has been doing such a great job out here. We need about 50 Tors out here doing what he does. He's helping so many players wherever he goes.

WOW sums it all up for me. I had a great night.

Thanks for everything..............

Played some with Chad in Madison last night......

We just played some cheap sets, nothing to get excited about, and i can see that Chad has some serious talent.
His friend and backer, Jesse, was there all night until closing also. I would love to work with Chad someday with Perfect Aim. it would raise his game up a ball for sure and it would stay there only getting better and better.
When you are at Chads level it's the eyes that keep holding you back.

It's impossible for him to see what I am talking about unless we get right down for a lesson.

This really hurts allot of good players that would benefit tremendously with Perfect Aim, because it is hard for them to justify spending the money without being able to see what they would learn ahead of time.

If they could see it first they would throw the money at the lesson.

Somehow I need to figure out a way to convince everyone that they need to know this because they really do.

I have friends that I know that I don't teach this to because they think I should teach them this for free. And they won't spend the money to learn.

If i go to their job at the restuarant and tell them that I want a free meal because I am their friend, I'll bet that would get old real fast.

Once they learn what I teach they will be able to make it their own and have so much more fun playing a game they truly enjoy.

But for now I will just have to teach the ones that are lucky enough or smart enough to
to take a chance and get surprisingly rewarded with some valuable knowledge.

Today I'm going to talk to Tor about being a part of this reality show. I think I could learn allot about the camera, editing, marketing aspect of the game. in turn I could share what is by far one of the most valuable techniques in the world and make his reality shows even more successful. Not that they aren't already. he's doing a great job. All you have to do is look on the internet.

In the meantime, I'm still in Madison for about 5 more days. Call for a time and don't wait for the last few days. Those times are already mostly gone.

Call 715-563-8712 Talk to you soon..........

From Tor:

I only have a quick moment as I'm still working with Shawn, a participant in DeForest. I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to you for your introduction to Gene Albrecht. I have a great respect for him - a great player and a great teacher and system in Perfect Aim. I intend to pay it forward and believe strongly that he and I can help each other. I always have believed we can all learn something from everybody with whom we come in contact. I learned from Gene, as did Jesse, his wife and tonight his son.

Many people will continue learning from him. Turns out, because we're both from the Midwest, we also knew many of the same people in the pool world. Great fun to talk to him and a true pleasure to meet him. I have some ideas for him I'll be sharing and want to pay it forward to him for the good he does in the pool community.

I'm sure I can think of a good way to help more people be exposed to what he offers in his great system. It's been busy. I'm and some others are a little sad to be leaving Wisconsin, but excited to work with a family with four kids, ages 13 and under for three days before we leave. The two oldest children are in their first summer league together. Their mother got rid of their television and got a pool table instead - in her efforts to spend more quality time together as a family and it has worked, so we're looking forward to working with her family to inspire others to do the same across America.

After that, we're headed to Pennsylvania, first to work with a young man by the name of Joshua, a 'AA' player who lost his father two years ago. He and his brothers kept the tradition of an annual pool tournament alive in their region, now a memorial tournament. Joshua's a great player - just lacks in some confidence. I can't wait to help him find what he's missing because this young man's got what it takes and should have that opportunity to make his dreams come true.

End post

Gene, from me to you............thanks man.

See you in St. Louis one of these days.

John

Thanks John and you were right...........

I'll be talking to Tor tonight and see what direction i will go.

Sounds like a win win situation to work, learn and teach with someone like Tor that is already doing so much for pool.

Thanks again John. Got to go. Lesson time,,,,,,,,,

It was cool seeing Gene and Tor meet up, I can imagine those two working together as they have a similar passion to spread their knowledge about pool.

I am hoping to have a bit of a refresher with Gene before he heads out of town. He will be meeting with my son later this week, I am extremely excited about that. After wrapping up my 14 days with Tor and his team tonight I need a couple days off of pool. After that I am looking forward to seeing just how much this Perfect Aim will help me. I could tell right away that this system was a game changer. Anyone in southern Wisconsin on the fence do not hesitate, meet up with Gene. You will not regret it!

Jesse

Good News..............

I will be hopping all around the USA. I will be working with the players that Tor has selected to teach for the reality show.

This guy is so professional and does a great job. My part will be just one or 2 days usually teaching Perfect Aim. Then Tor will work his program to help this player reach his or her new level of play.

I'm pretty excited to be able to be a part of this. Something new and i think it will be good for pool overall especially if this ends up being a full fledged reality show on TV someday.

Each place we are at I will have 2 weeks to do local Perfect Aim lessons. I will be able to notify area players where and when we will be and know a week or so in advance.

The next stop looks like it will be Oil City over by Pittsburgh. .

Great fun in Madison......

The Brass Ring is really spruced up for pool.

Larry, the owner has went all out with New Cloth on all those great diamond 9 footers with Jeff carter doing the work. And from what I see he is one of the great table mechanics around.each and every table looks Perfect.

If you come to Madison this is the place to go and play pool.

I worked with Larry today showing him the benefits of Perfect aim. I will be coming back here once the leagues all start in the fall. I will do mini lessons for the league players and then schedule the full lessons for the players that really want to get to that next level.

After I got done with larry I went over to say hi to jeff Carter. Then in walks Doby.

I was just really cool to see these guys that I have competed with over the years. We're all older but we know and respect each others games and abilities allot. Or at least I do for sure.

I' going back down to the Brass Ring and play some sets with Ron D. That will be fun and get me some much needed practice. If I don't play good ron will beat me so the pressure will be on.

Got a lesson for tonight but the day has already been a great success.

How sweet is this. it's only 4:30 and so much more to look forward to. it's so fun to be doing something I enjoy to do.

Then Sunday it's off to Oil City. PA to work with the reality show.

it don't get any better than this.

One man a van and the road..........

Another great day..........

Trying to wrap it up here in Madison.

Did a lesson tonight and have a couple tomorrow.

Then on Sunday it looks like i will be going to Jesse's house to work with his son. i think he is 12 or 13.

I worked with Larry, the owner of Brass Ring and he was very impressed. I don't have time this trip to work with his leagues but I told him I will be back in the fall to spend a week in Madison and do it then.

Larry is very knowledgable. He bought Cuenique billiards from jerry Brieseth years ago and taught allot of pool himself. It was so much fun showing him the ins and outs of Perfect Aim.

Need to get to bed. have a lesson at 2:00 tomorrow. I still have to sleep so much after the concussion. I hope this old brain is healing. I need all the brain I can.

Then on Monday it's off to Pittsburgh and the reality show with Tor.

One man a van and the road.............

Had great time at the Brass Rail............

Ron Dobezinski , I'm pretty sure I spelled it wrong, was there hitting a few balls.

It didn't take long to match up.

We're playing races to 7 for just enough to make it hurt. This is great practice for the both of us. I hadn't hardly played since before the forth so I'm really liking the action and practice.

Ron is a student of the game himself and has given lessons for years. He knows just about every aspect of the game and is a fierce competitor. But at 65 years old he has lost the natural ability to get the dominant eye in the most correct position.

I helped him find his dominant eye. He thought he was right eye dominant but he is absolutely left eye dominant.

How does a player of his caliber for years play at the level he did for years? It's called repetition. Hitting a million balls. But at 65 he can't keep up that pace.

Many players that i have worked with that are 40 and over have revived their games. Once they learned how to get the eyes there they were right back on track. they have all the other tools. But if the sight is off on the rifle your going to starve if you need that rifle to get you food.

Ron is no exception. he is left eye dominant and in the 3 sets we have played so far he is missing all his shots when he cuts balls to the right and he hits them too thick. If he misses them to the left it is too thin. This is exactly what happens when the dominant eye is not in the most dominant position.

I showed Ron a little before we started playing and he thinks he has it all figured out but he's not even close.

We're going to play some more sets at 8:00 and will probably play until closing.

More fun. And when I push out I'll bet you can't guess which way I will make Ron shoot the Shot.

He'll be shooting everything to the right. Balls and safeties.

it sure is great though to play an old competitor from way back when.

I'm still keeping the window open for a lesson tomorrow. Got 2 already so the time will be limited.

Hi there Bryan...........

In 2009 I was in Colorado Springs for one day. I got some pretty good action.

$200 a rack 9 ball on that 9 foot diamond with the bench seats on each side.

This is going to be allot of fun working with Tor. he's doing some good stuff out there helping players improve their games.

I don't know myself where we are going but it sounds like I'm going to be all over the country which is fine with me.

This will give me a chance to work with many players at the local poolhalls.

My part with Perfect Aim will only take a day or maybe 2 of the 14 days.

Looking forward to meeting you Mr Bryan.............

Yesterday was a very Special day...........

The day started out with me giving a lesson only to have the player decide not to do it.

Like most places that I go to the players don't know I am coming and sometimes money is short. So the student declines.

So I did what I do most of the time and I told the student that I would do the lesson for only $50 now and he could send me the rest whenever he could comfortably do it. He agreed that would work so i showed up at 2:00 Sat for the lesson.

The player showed up a little bit late and said he decided not to do the lesson. I was pretty upset but only for him. This is a young man that is right at the crossroads of being a real player. Perfect Aim would help get him there. After this he could actually take the game to the higher level.

I tried to explain that I was comfortable with him owing the money for even a year but his own values had already made his decision solid.

But............ There is a silver lining in every cloud.

There was Ron Dobasynski. Just looking for someone to joust with. We have had many memorable battles over the years and this just has the making of a classic battle between 2 gladiators.

I walked over and asked him to play and he accepted almost before I asked him. In fact he said, I got all day, how about you. I told him, You got me all day.

All that was left was the game and the amount. Neither is a real factor. The real deal is who can beat who. Who could get to 7 before the other. Who could get the job done with safeties and finesse and making the shots with all the pressure of a big time match.

It started out kind of shaky for me. I hadn't played hardly at all since about a week before the fourth. Ron looked real solid the first set and won 7-6. it was a real nail biter.

Then i noticed a real weakness. With my Perfect Aim, when a person is left eye dominant they have trouble with cut shots to the way of their non dominant eye. Ron was no exception. The quarter ball hit is the worst to expose this problem.

I started pushing out so Ron had to shoot to the right after the break if i had to push and when I played safe, if possible I made it so he had to shoot or cut to the right.

The results were rediculous. Because he was missing these shots the confidence was diminished tremendously. Soon he was not only missing shots to the right too thick but he was hitting the shots to the left too thin.

This is a result of not knowing the problem and trying to adjust when you don't even know which way to adjust to correct your aim.

Ron never even won a set the rest of the day but he kept on slugging like the champion that he is. The last 2 sets were 7-0 and 7-1 and were even worse than the score showed if that is possible.

After the last set Ron quit and was pretty distraut over his terrible performance. he even made the comment that he was embarrassed. And I totally understand.

By teaching and playing on the road and trying to play world champions with very little practice I have been on this side of the coin also but not to this extent. My Perfect Aim and knowing how to get there makes my bad respectable.

Now I have a problem. Here is one of the best players to ever come out of Wisconsin ever. An accomplished teacher, competitor and just a real good guy.

Being 65 years old Ron has lost the natural ability to get these eyes in the most correct position possible to envision the shot correctly. He has no idea what the problem is like all players that pass the 50 year old plateau. At 65 Ron has been there for awhile and has struggled for awhile also. But it can be fixed and he can shoot as good as he ever did. He just needs to understand what has happened and know how to fix it.

Now i have a problem. I have the power to help my friend fix the game that he has helped so many players with in the past. His pride and knowledge is going to keep him from spending the money for the Perfect Aim lesson. I know I will have to show him for free if I'm going to show him. Even though what I show him is Priceless.

How can there be something like this that can fix what has virtually destroyed his game.I know he's thinking it must be the stroke, stance or maybe he just can't see.

I just had to help my old friend even though I know I will be competing with him again down the road and he has all the tools to get the job done anywhere and will be a real threat then to beat me.

But then again this is happening all over the country with players I have helped. .

I had already showed him that he was left eye dominant. He thought he was right eyed. He could hardly believe it.

I had to do it. I showed him the main meat of Perfect Aim.

I wish I could have had a camera there so I could have captured the look on his face when he was seeing for the first time what the real problem was and how to fix it. Without knowing that his right eye was trying to work a little like the dominant eye there was no chance of him figuring this out on his own. .

But just like many great teachers and students of the game Ron had never ever seen this before. Nobody is teaching what I teach with the exception of a few that have learned.

What is really cool is Ron could see the value real fast. He could see this is the real deal. The answer to what is making the balls not go in the hole.

Afterwards I thought to myself. I can't even believe that I was thinking about not showing this great champion, that has done so much for the game, how to fix his own game.

i know that ron will be teaching this and I might lose a few lessons here in Madison but for the good of the game that is OK. Players need to know this, every one of them, and Ron is for sure the man to get it done here in Madison.

As for me, I'll be off to PA after working with Jesse's son this afternoon. This 12 year old is going to get the most important pool lesson he will ever get in his life as regards to pool. . For me and Jesse it will be a kodak moment in life and pool. It might be the start of a new world champion, you never know considering the passion that Jesse himself has for the game. This is where it starts and might just happen someday.

Then it's off to Oil City, PA to work with Tor and the on the road reality show.

I'm really excited about this also because it is not only helping some very deserving players but it will kind of showcase what I teach.

Reaching more players and in turn helping more players than i ever thought possible before.

What started as a home made video and a pool lesson almost 5 years ago could become a household name in aiming for the whole world.

And once a player understands this they understand that it is just the way it is.

What a great game. When I first looked at those balls when I was young I just said WOW.

I still look at those balls the same way so many years later.

We're all just big kids when we get older when it comes to pool.

it don't get any better than this.

One man a van and the road......

Very Special lesson at Brass Ring today at 6:00.....

Jesse will be bringing his son to the Brass Ring at 6:00.

It was planned at his home but his table is being completely redone and will not be finished yet today.

This is very special to me. I always teach the kids for free. they are the future of pool. If they play well they will like to play.

The beautiful thing about this is with jesse's passion for pool they will have a forever bond with pool. the better they play the stronger the bond will be. They will be able to plat tournaments together and have some great trips together and allot of cool memories.

I know this first hand having a sone that plays at a pretty high level. The only reason players havn't heard much of him is he runs a trucking business. But pool is his passion but he keeps it in perspective.

I wouldn't trade any of the experiences that my son and I have shared together.

I envy what the Hughes family and any other family around the world can share together with pool.

One of the greatest family sports in the world.

Eventually someday taking over just about every sport in the world.

But for today it is a very special event.

Teaching a young man one of the most important lessons he will ever learn.

Then he is on his way............

Sounds like you were at Antique Billiards, one of the only places left in town with big tables. I'm also signed up for the US Amateur qualifiers at Antiques. That's mid September or so.

Unfortunately, I will likely only be able to do 4 days or so since I still have to work for a living. Maybe I can win the lotto by that then
