Very nice to not have a donkey show up with a smart crack and have the thread degenerate into sniping and fighting. I'm sure it will stay this way in the future.

If I may...... I believe that the single most important thing when dealing with someone is to learn how to sacrifice your point of view for respect of the other person's point of view even when they may not be 100% right.
All too often, we think we are right or superior in our belief and that is what gets us offended and spouting back. To be offended or insulted is a choice. We can choose to not get offended no matter what anyone says. We as Americans have too much pride and ego which hinders us from seeing the truth in most cases.
If we work on this with the idea that losing is actually winning, we can exist in a much more peaceful way. Peace exists through strength, not weakness. We must be strong, not proud or egotistical.
