A friend of mine has decided he wants a moochi (yeah i know). Anyone know the best place to get one online? The few places over here that sell them charge some real $$$$$$$ for them. Any help would be very much appreciated! :)

Nothing wrong with your friends decision to by a Meucci...I have an Original Gambler with a Black Dot Shaft, and it's a fine playing cue...I tell everyone that a Meucci, (in my experience), is a finesse players cue...so if your friend is a 'power stroker', he may want to look at something known for a 'stiffer' hit...anyway you can always go direct to Meucci, or Mueller, they sell several lines of Meucci's...

Just MY persoanl opinion but the best one I ever shot with the Hi-Pro 1 and Hi-Pro 3 or 4 ( one of them)

But Im sure you can find a Poocci anywheres that sells cues as they are about the trendiest stick around.....
 
Budgetcues.com is really good for meucci's, ask for Julia and she'll take really good care of you and as far as price they'll work with ya.

Meucci cues for sale

I am selling my 2 Meucci cues. (1) is a Meucci Maximum and (2) is a prototype from Bob in Valley Forge during the Superbilliards expo. Let me know if you might be interested. Maximum $200, and the Prototype $400 (one of kind and never going to be produced)

My first real cue was a Meucci Original from the mid 1980's -- it had a pretty nice fluid hit. I now own a Schon CX61 and Andy Gilbert custom cue, but I still occasionally practice with the old Meucci just for old time's sake :)

Thanks to everyone who replied and sent me PM's.

I'm going to be seeing my mate later in the week and let him play a few racks with my Meucci Original to let him see what the hits like. I'm really not sure if it will suit his game but we'll see, he seems pretty set on getting one.

I'm not to sure how much he's looking to spend, his his first proper cue so i can't see it being a fortune. I've told him to look on ebay but he says he doesn't trust it.

Whats a Meucci Maximum????? :confused:
