Opinion Needed

We have made over 700 set of j/ps for buyers here on AZ . The only buyer that never got his refund started trashing me here on AZ , which is what Ryan threatoned , anyway that buyer after several pages was told to put the j/ps where the sun dont shine . since that time we have gotten along just fine . All I asked from Ryan was to send them back . I offered him a $710 . refund , which is more than i charged for cue , but I think there should be some kind of time limit to this . I don't want any problems , just send it back .

Ryan will either wind up with a cue or a refund , he aint getting both !!!!!!! .......jim

That's all you can do, Jim.

Some people can pick the fly shi+ out of the pepper , I had this cue checked over by several others, becouse they seem to find stuff I dont see . If i had known there was any issues , cue would not have been shipped .

Now just send it back for refund . Jim
 
To me it sounds like you are more interested in finding out "why he shipped the cue this condition" than you are in getting your refund. Accidents happen know one is perfect. Maybe he was sick or forgot his glasses. Does it really matter. Send the cue back for a refund including the cost of the extra shaft. It's that simple.

What more would you like Jim to do?

Ok Jim, how many of those j/p's were over $710? I didnt threaten you, I told you if that was the way it was I was putting it up forsale and writing a review. Doesnt mean it was a bad review, just on what I got. Were you worried about what you sent me? do you have a guilty conscious? I never started this thred, I asked you not to. Apperently u didnt care.

I'm sorry man, I don't get what's going on here. Baxter sent you an item you aren't satisfied with and he's offered you a full refund upon a return, which is really the best guarantee you can get in on-line ordering. Why is it you are not just shipping the unsatisfactory item back and getting your money back?

So if someone wanted to buy a cue from you, you would ship the cue before you got the cash?

Thx for sharing your side of the story. From what you have described, I would be upset, too.

I think, unfortunately, the customs duty fee is a moot point with respect to this deal though it put a real dent in your wallet. Very good advice has been provided by Kevin that you can apply for that money to be refunded.

What I have quoted you on above is, IMO, also not applicble to your deal. Jim is not looking to buy a cue from you without sending money. He has unequivocally stated that he will give you a full refund upon receipt of the cue(s). Buying/refunding, two different animals.

I do not believe there is any reason to think Jim will not refund your money.

GL to both guys on getting this taken care of.

I don't trust Jim Baxter, he sends me something he says was in perfect shape even though he admitted after I got it that there were issues. I don't do that, I make people aware of any issues before they buy from me. What am I going to hear next, it got damaged in shipping?

He sent you something you don't like and has offered to take it back and give you your money back. That's the best guarantee in online buying.

Clearly you need a pound of flesh here for some reason. Send the cue back, Baxter will give you your money back and get it behind you and move on to someone with a product that will satisfy you. You are looking a little unreasonable here.

Jim is relatively new at building cues....surely you knew that. I think everyone on the board knows it. If it was perfection you wanted, you might should have sought a new Ginacue from Ernie. It's obvious there is some distrust on both sides for whatever reason, but he's not going to screw you on a returned item. That doesn't benefit him or his biz in any way. What he's offered is fair and generous...you should take him up on that.

You are being a di*k. If I was Jim I would tell you to go pound sand. He ofered you a full refund plus he offered to refund a third party shaft. For all I care Jim should cancel the deal and you should be stuck with the cue.

No soup for you and you ambiguously gay duo..
 
Jim like I said, I will go to the post office get a tracking number. I will pm you it, then you send me my $710 back paypal, otherwise this is a loosing battle, I don't trust you. If you want to be in making cues don't ship me a in crap shape brand new product. That is bs and wont deal with it. You caused me more money in customs, you didnt even think about.
