This is the new UltraSkin Logo. I will be making up Landscape sheets for applicators with Tip breakdown etc so you can download and print and put on a foam board from say Staples or Office Depot. Other suggestion welcomed. Thanks.

I'm not saying to trash that, but as a company logo it sucks. Looks as if it was a 3rd grade project. Sorry if that sounds brutal but going a cartoony route for marketing doesn't sell tips.

I like it, everyone has an opinion the only one worth anything is yours.....

I have to go with the majority of opinions given. I would however say Bugs Bunny shooting Pool and Dogs Playing Pool sell very well. The shirts of Dogs Playing Pool sells like Hot Cakes on ebay.

Hi Tom,

The fact is that at this point the tips are now selling themselves regardless of the logo you use.
It's not the logo selling the product, it's the quality of the product.
Just to advise you though, there is a hidden downside to this.
People buying your product based on a recognizable logo will flinch seeing something they're not familiar with.
That shouldn't last long as I said, your product is now selling itself.
Congratulations and All the Best.

I need to evaluate what you and Hits em Hard is saying, I understand both of you, points and couterpoints. I thought it looked kind of neat, but I aint the customer.

I thank ALL who gave input, I will also back away from posting on this thread as important deals need to headline this part of the forum.

I think it looks as good as anything else ... I would maybe add some lines on the right side of the image to give the feel of layers though ... Good luck !

Tom,

Logos are intended to promote brand recognition but good ones send a message and promote sales.

Your new logo reminds me of the popcorn bag with hands and feet we have all seen at the movies and drive ins growing up in America. Those popcorn and drinks with hands and feet humanize the product and are very cute. Cute sells.

So me thinks your new logo is a home run because It makes people feel good through familiarity of images we all know and the tip is humanized with hands a feet.

But KJ is correct. The tips sell themselves.

Jmo,

Rick

Too much text inside the tip imo.
The tip does not show layers either .
Imo the U has to be prominent in you logo b/c you're the only tip brand that starts in U.

Leave it alone... My customers are just getting use to seeing the current logo... My Opinion.

I like what he says here. Maybe look into coming up with some fancy "u" only inside the tip or just a "u" and no tip. You think of Abercrombie and you think of the moose. Nike has the swoosh. Under armour has the ua. Maybe ultra skin needs a fancy u

There's a difference between using a cartoon character to sell products and creating a cartoony image to sell products. Bugs Bunny was already an acclaimed cartoon before he ever got stuck on an item for brand marketing. There's also a massive difference between how your logo looks and Bugs Bunny looks. Maybe I shouldn't of used cartoony to describe it, but it's still the best description of that style I can think of. Lack of definition, texture and symmetry. It's just my opinion that the logo looks highly unprofessional and a product with global distribution shouldn't look like a third grader made it.

How about adding some layers to the little guy. You know what I mean? I'm also with the rest of the people, I love the tips and won't change no matter the logo
