I purchased the black P2 in the add attached, when I recieved the cue in the mail it had 2 314 shafts with it, when the add clearly stated that it came with a Z and a 314 shaft.

I pm the seller asking for the Z shaft and his response to my request was for me to buy the maple P2 from him and then I would get the Z shaft at that time. He said that I did state in my paypal that I wanted the Z shaft I don't that really matters I think he should have sold me what he advertised???

I don't feel that I should have to buy his cue other to get the Z shaft that he should have sent me with the original cue.

What does everybody here think I should do now?? I have offered to send back the 2nd 314 shaft at my cost if he sends me the Z shaft and he has stated that he will not do this.

Any purchased from AZer in this forums (wanted/for sale) section, if you are not happy with the product that you recieved from seller , the buyer should either contact the seller with pm or phone and shipped item back to seller the next day to get full money back.

you shouldn't have to buy the other cue. Yiou bought the black P2 and it was to come with a 314 and a Z shaft.....

Has this guy ever heard of 'truth in advertising' law, and besides that, if he does not live up to his 'Word', his name will just be 'MUD' around here from now on.

The seller stated in 2 posts the black cue came with the z shaft.

Did he say why he shipped you the 2 314's instead of the z.

If this is all of the story, and I was in your shoes I think I would be starting to get a little perturbed.

"Buy my other cue and you can have the shaft you wanted".... if that is correct, it is one of the most ill concieved sales tactics I have ever heard of.

I do not see why he will not trade shafts with you, especially if you pay shipping for yours. Costs him nothing and makes you happy.

I hope you guys get it worked out.

After rereading your post I have a question.

What are you saying here?

Did you say you WANTED the Z shaft in your paypal ? Or did you say you DIDN'T WANT the Z shaft in your paypal ?

If it is the second, I think we may be in the twilight zone on this one.

Please clarify.
 
I did not state anything on the paypal. I did not think I had to specify since his ad clearly stated a Z and 314 with the cue.
 
So he is saying since you didn't state in the paypal that you wanted the Z shaft specifically he did not send it ?

If thats the case, this is a pretty bad way to do business.

It would be nice if singernak would chime in here and provide a little insight.
 
The "For Sale" advertisement is about as clear as it gets......one Black Predator P2 with 2 shafts....one of which is the Z.

If you didn't specify that you wanted a different shaft (through PM, phone call, voicemail, paypal comments, carrier pigeon, or smoke signal), then what you paid for is what was advertised.

If you got something less or different, you got a bum deal. If, when you addressed it with the seller, he told you that you could have the shaft YOU ALREADY PAID FOR if you bought his other cue, you got screwed.

Gotta agree with JCIN, though....we need singernak's side, too.

All in all, though.....if the deal isn't pleasing to either side, it should be reversed.

It seems to me that the link to the post with the original text makes things as clear as they can get. They guy needs to make things right, or he'll never sell again in this forum.

Looks like an ooops on the sellers part to me . "If" I were the seller I would ship you the Z shaft with a return lable for the 314. Being this is an Az fourm sale I hope he clears this up soon... Nobody wants bad rep points !!!
 
hay in my opinion he should make things right. it said in his thread that the cue came with a 314 and a z shaft. if you're offering to pay the shipping to make things right even though it seems it was his fault he's just being a jerk by trying to make you buy his other cue. but still i think he should chime in with his side of the story

There is no question that the seller needs to comply with what he advertised. If he doesn't make it right, I, as well as most of the others in this forum would like the seller identified.
 
That is BS. Singernak needs to make it right. But it would be hard to trust him at this point.
I just bought a P2 on eBay advertised with a 314 shaft. When I got the cue it came with a Z shaft with a silver ring which did not match the cue. I did not trust the seller at this point to return the cue. So I am selling the Z shaft and bought a matching 314-2 for it. Good luck dealing with Singernak to make it right.
 
Wow, i didn't know it was such a big deal. i have done tons of transactions on this forum, and until now have had no problems at all. When i advertised the Black Predator P2 cue, it was advertised with the Maple P2.. I didn't know which shaft to send, as i put what ever shaft in the description to make a listing. Most people will SPECIFY in Paypal exactly what they want. So i am sorry if made a mistake, but feel that i am being forced to give in; in which i will not do. However i will think about the transaction, and the several adversarial comments in my PM box, and make a decision. I have sold many things on this forum, and have never had an issue. I think he should have specified what he wanted either in PM's or Paypal. I will let you guys know how i will proceed. Thanks for your concern.
