Looks pretty black and white to me.

Your original post:

"I have 2 Predator 2's for sale

1.) Maple (Blonde) no wrap in average condition. This cue says 99-of 428, so i would think this one is highly collectable. it has a few dings, nice hitting cue. This one comes with 2 314 shafts. $650.00 plus shipping.

2.) All Black Predator P2 Stacked leather wrap, super shape, very nice cue comes with 2 shafts 1 is a Zshaft and the other a 314. $625.00 plus shipping."


Then your third post in the thread:

"Ok, last chance people, 550.00 shipped for the Maple P2 with 2 314 shafts.

And 600.00 shipped for the Black P2 with 2 shafts, 1 z and 1 314 shafts.

This is a Great Deal!!!!"
 
when in doubt, go back and check your own post. black P2 with 1 Z shaft and 1 314. cut and dry. glad your gonna think about it though.

Jeff, yes I did try to pm the seller but the response I got was to just buy the other and I would get the Z shaft then, I did try to keep this between me and singernak but he would not make right on the deal so that's when I posted. I was hoping he would he see the error and make it right but I still have not heard anything from him yet.

I am more than a fair person, you did not specify which shaft. However due to my mistake on listing the cue's is the only reason i would even re-think anything.

i hope you don't take this in an agressive way, but he didn't specify which shaft he wanted because you specified which shaft the cue came with in your post

Chris...there is no reason for getting upset. The way i see it, you made the mistake in the advertising of this cue. Whether or not this other person has to specify what he wants should not even enter into the equation. You advertised and item on here. The other gentleman took you at your word and did not know about the mix up. when you discovered the mixup in the ad you should have given him the chance to back out of the deal. You should have contacted him before shipping the cue and made him aware of the mistake and offered him the chance to back out. If it was me, i would just ship the other shaft and make it right. It would go a long way with respect to anybody either selling you an item or buying an item from you in the future... of course this is just my own humble opinion.......mike

I'd have to agree with the previous posts....you should get what you paid for without any question.

However, IMO, unless you really like a small diameter shaft, I think the 314 is a much better shaft ;)

However i will think about the transaction, and the several adversarial comments in my PM box, and make a decision. I have sold many things on this forum, and have never had an issue. I think he should have specified what he wanted either in PM's or Paypal. I will let you guys know how i will proceed. Thanks for your concern.

Dude, You clearly stated what was for sale! Then sent something else. Make it right. Why would it be up to anyone to tell you what to send, when you are the one that described the item for sale in the first place? There is nothing to think about except wether to continue to look like a fool and never be trusted again,Or do what you were suposed to do in the first place. maybe you should read the ad??

Just like the previous posts have mentioned, it would be advisable to contact FrozenShooter and make the deal good....

In this area, reputation means everything, as people have long memories...
Your posting stated 2 different shafts, that is what the buyer wanted....

What is the problem?

Did you have a problem getting the money from him that you wanted for the cue? No...

So, please do not make it a problem for him to get what he wants...

That is only fair, FrozenShooter is also a great guy...:D

I have heard pretty much all I need to in regards to singernak.

I do not understand why you would ruin your reputation over something so small.
 
i think this guy has seen the responces by now. i think maybe we should give it a day (without additional posts) to see if the 2 involved can come to an agreement
 
As stated in the previous posts, i was taking some time to think about it. I have thought about it, and let FrozenShooter know i will exchange the shafts at no charge, as i made a mistake in the description. However he will not send back the 314 shaft until i send him the Z shaft first. So right now we are in a holding pattern, i let him know i was not sending the Z shaft first, and upon receipt of the 314 shaft, i will send out the Z shaft.

Why would I not send it back to you? I do not require this shaft at all and I am not sure I want to send the shaft back to you with the risk you might not send me the z shaft. This how we got to this point isn't it?

IF YOU QUESTION MY INTEGRITY, YOU WILL GET ON MY BAD SIDE, AND NOT GET WHAT YOU ARE ASKING!!!!!! I have spent over $30,000 dollars on this forum, so my integrity should not be in question. send back the 314 shaft, and i will send you the Z shaft..
 
Here's a solution where nothing has to be shipped?


How much can you get out of the 314 shaft you got? How much can you get out of the Z shaft that was advertised? Compare the small amount it would be and make an agreement on a cash back through paypal? Take your extra 314 shaft and sell it, Use the other money you got back with that money and just buy a Z shaft? This is of course if neither wants to send first and can't come to an agreement on that part. Just a thought.

Singernak, it looks like you made a mistake. It happens, we all make mistakes.

Frozn put his trust in you to send him what he ordered. Which is stated clearly in the ad as a Z shaft... even the pics have the Z shaft next to the black P2. You broke that trust and now you expect him to trust you again? I think you need to step up and make right the wrong and extend the trust his way this time.

How can you say your integrity is without questions when you sent the wrong shaft, didn't immediately resolve the problem, had to think it over for a couple days, and then won't send the correct shaft until you get the other one back? Seriously?
 
Why don't both of you drop the shafts in the mail and be done with it !! Your talking about 2 bills in value ..Let the shafts pass each other in the mail. It's not worth the mud slinging this can turn into !! Just drop them in the mail and be done with it already !!! My $.02 worth .......Bill
