thats the first time Ive seen a snake skin wrap and thought that it looked good on a cue, congrats

I agree that I typically don't like this kind of wrap because there are so few cues that it looks good on. I must admit that the wrap looks great on this fantastic cue. The pictures look very nice as well. I will have to try to build myself a light box as well and see if it will help my photo skills at all.

As always thanks for posting more examples from you always growing tremendous collection of cues.

Thanks for all the nice words....I know your all going easy on the picture taking..LOL

If Doug would agree to fly down every week and take pics for me....I would smash my camera, right now....LOL
Steve

Nice cue there mate.

All I can say is... Practice... Practice... and more Practice... It's like pool. You gotta spend time on the table to be able to shoot well. :D

I don't think you need the Pro to come back Mr. Tikkler, the pics look great and the cue is simply fantastic!

Oh, forgot.... just wanted to add to what the gentleman above said regarding the wrap, I don't normally care for the white snakeskin wraps but, on this cue, it definitely works with the cue colors and design, just great.

Nice pics, and I'll just say ditto to the comment above about pulling the grain out of the ivory in the pictures. Any chance of getting a picture of the box that was made to help the other cue photographers?

Hi, Steve the cue is fantastic good looking, The pics are good but i think Doug Baltrip get you beat. He does know how to take pics. Thanks for sharing the pics.

hey

When the pro photographer came in my door, I took him straight to the computer and showed him some pics that Doug took.

I said now that is what I want to do....LOL

I agree that Dougs pics are incredible, and I am not even close. Just give me about 10 years to practice
Steve

Wow - some nice work coming out of the Manzino shop.
The color combination within the inlays are really set off by the ivory against the ebony.
My kind of eye popping cue!
Glad it made it to your collection.

the ring work is great! i love the little prongs going into the forearm and butt around the rings.
and the silver veneers that arnt quite veneers look stunning!
this is my kind of cue.

this is the new standard for ivory work. There always comes a time when you see someone set a new milestone in cue building. Last time I remember seeing something this impressive was the Arthur orchid butt inlay. Now this Manzino is creating a new standard of excellence. congrats on a fantastic cue and keep up the good work in photography. It'll pay dividends in displaying an accurate reflection of your great collection.
