Japan here. Not worried about shipping costs, wouldn't bother me even if shipping cost more than the tips themselves.
I have sent numerous PMs and emails to the website, and not 1 reply.
I can't even get a few tips to try on back to back testing ,let alone try and sell them to people out here.
Like I said earlier, if the chalk is better than what Kamui make, then I will try it. But if it is not equal to the world's best, no point in trying it then.
It is only a few dollars to ship a few tips over sea's with the US postal service.

Hey Chris,
I sent 3-4 pms and haven't heard from you. I guess the best way to hear back is to post here. I was inquiring about being a dealer for your tips for up in my area in PA. I have a few guys liking them already. Also, what would be the best substance to use to burnish ur tips? I'm really picky about having nice and shiny burnished sides. I feel like I have a better and crisper hit that way. I've used spit and tiger tip stuff. It works, but only for a little bit of time and then they get a little fuzzy and not shiny anymore on the sides.
Well thanks for the info in advance and still looking forward to the break tips and now the chalk!
Thanks,
Tim

Hey Tim,
I have several hard coat formulas sitting here that need to be tested... I figured coming up with a burnishing liquid was going to be easy... Well not so much... The best I have seen them look is with a linseed oil/superglue burnish similar to how they actually use it as a finish on cues....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-FXOsMR2tY
As most installers likely won't want to go thru that I will see if I can get some tests in to see if anything I have is going to end up working... I am unfamiliar with the tip touch so I may look around and get some of it to try..
As far as dealership in PA.... I have quantity breaks in place for installers but have not thought about setting up a dealer network aside from possibly in countries overseas where there will be better shipping prices and faster deliveries.... It is food for thought tho and I will start thinking about it....
I have yet to contact any of the supply houses like Muellers or Pool Dawg and at this point and don't think I will be doing that until I get to the point that Outsville grows a bit more.. Muellers contacted me early on and I sent some pricing but at very large order points which to me was the only way I wanted to be just another tip/rack template in a catalog .. Call it hard headed but I would like to be a bit more standalone... I know that's not the business model that other companies have taken but I like to be involved in the sales process and be able to handle issues personally as they pop up...
I still need to work on my communications as Neil and yourself have pointed out and hopefully as we grow I won't be wearing so many different hats... Completing projects will free up some time and my consulting business is seasonal these days with the 1st and 4th Quarters being the busy times of year... Timberline Software and Audits usually leave me alone May-October....
I'll make sure and get my phone number up on the website so there is another way to get in touch with me.. Pinky already read me the riot act over it not being easily found......
Chris
I know they apply Linseed oil to snooker cues. But honestly, the outcome ain't as shiny as it looks though.
Didn't watch the tip burnished with linseed and superglue but it was pretty shiny in it's final state.... Another trick apparently is to sacrifice a new razor blade to the Ki-Tech.... local installer made the comment my tips were costing him a razor blade per install... Suckers are tough......
Anyone try one of the new outsville break tips in comparison to a samsara? what are your thoughts? I'm sure they are nice but I'm not displeased with my samsara; just wondering if I should get one being that I'm so impressed with the regular tips. Thanks Ed

Chris,
Saw you mentioning in another thread that your cue stroke determines what tip hardness you should use.
I always fall short on most shots and I'm on (S). This means I should move on to M?
I'm the soft stroke kind of player. I don't have very strong cue power.![]()
