Ozone billiards sucks at shipping.

if you want your packages lost, receive something you did not order, or missing pieces by all means order from them. if you want to get you stuff quickly with everything you ordered go somewhere else. I've never had one company make so many mistakes and I've only used them twice. fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on. this will never happen again because I won't order from them again.
 
armoworrior...Have you spoken with them by phone? Your anger may or may not be justified. Hundreds of us here have had no issues with Ozone, and they are big supporters of pool. The owner posts here too. Communication is a two way street. If you haven't spoken with Mike, then you have no business coming on here badmouthing their company.

Same here; i've ordered a few times from them, several cues/shaft & other accessories. Worked out great for me. Especially love the rewards system...was able to get my Kamui chalk for free.
 
yes I've called them every time i've had a problem. first one was the weight bolts in my break cue second was the method of shipping for my second order was supposed to be ground not smartpost third was them not looking at the names close enough to get the right package to the right person. both first name are the same last name is no where close. I've personally had nothing but problems with shipping. I'm just really angry right now because I've already removed my old tip and and prepaired the furrel. and now I have to use a house cue or my really old cue.

I bought a cue they had on ebay

I thought I had a choice on how much the cue weight I wanted a 21 oz

After a week waiting for them to ship I call them up.

They said yes we were going to contact me because we dont have that cue in a 21 oz cue.

I asked why they didnt call sooner,

This cue was for a customers son for his birthday.

We came to a agreement that I would buy another cue from them.
I said I needed it shipped ASAP
5 days later No cue.
I called again They hadnt shipped yet. but got it mailed that day.

I missed my dead line for the birthday by 2 days.

This transaction took almost 3 1/2 weeks.

This should of taken no longer than 7 working days.

I was going to do a thread on it , But it just seemed like there was enough drama going on in azb, and I dIdnt want to add to it.


The customer was happy with the cue, and it really wasnt a problem with the customer.
So I guess I shouldnt complain to much.

At the end of all this Ozone did everything they could to fix the problems

I will order from them again if I need to but I will make it plain and simple if the cannot ship in 4 days I dont want it.

they won't even discount the order even though they messed up pretty bad

Care to explain what you mean by "lost"? If it was lost during shipment, it is the shippers fault and not Ozone. I've had nothing but great experiences with Ozone. If I were a company and you were coming off angrily as you are, I would not offer a discount to you.

lost means they have no idea where my stuff is and when its going to show up they are re sending it but I still have a cue I can't play with because I have no tip. just like the military attention to detail match up the names with the new label. it come down to they were going to send it smartpost and not what i had paid for which is fedex ground and now they have no idea if its on the way to this other guy or its coming hear through smartpost and they have said nothing about discounting my order or not charging me for shipping. they should do something more than say sorry are mistake, now you have no tip to use on your cue so good luck playing at tournaments this next week, were are resending your shipment it will get there when it gets there. as a customer the company should be more careful. because I'm really fed up. this is not the first time they messed up my order but it will be the last I gave them the benefit of the doubt but you mess up the shipping and send me the wring stuff I feel bad for the guy that is waiting in his black plastic corner pieces or whatever they are. I tried to be nice but this is just outragous

and maybe just maybe me getting a little upset about their attention to detail will make it better for the rest of the people that will continue to order from them. but that's just like sticking your finger up in the air hoping a fish will jump out of the water and land on it.
 
Wow. That's very surprising. I've bought a lot through them with no issues but no one is perfect I guess.
 
Nothing but good experiences from ozone. Sometimes UPS just drops the ball.
You mentioned three problems but only ordered twice? I'd say you got really unlucky.
They're a good company and if you talk to them they will try to make things right.

So if I am understanding this correctly the issue here is you chose to have it shipped smartpost but they shipped using fedex?

no I paid for ground they sent me the your order has been shipped email and it said smartpost. so I called them and asked why are they shipping smartpost when I asked for. ground? they said we will pull your box from the pile and change the shipping info. ok cool so today I get my box and it had someone stuff in it that wasn't mine. they have no clue where my box is and decided to resent it. and for me to send back the stuff that the wrongly sent me because they didn't match up the name on the package with the new label. now I have to go to fedex which isn't close to send this guys stuff back. wow two orders from one company and I have all the problems. xml like really atd atd pay attention to what you are doing

ok, got it. They made an error with a shipping label and accidently sent you the wrong package. Now they have tried to rectify the situation and are sending you the correct package. As a result you come here and complain? Did I miss anything?

no you didn't miss a thing and I was trying to see if anyone else has had this same problem with them messing up orders. and yes I'm a little angry that I have a cue I can't play with for the weekend and part if next week. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't really need the tip.
 
Sorry you had a problem. Great company to deal with. New buyers...do not hesitate to deal with them. They are competitive and try to please.
