lost means they have no idea where my stuff is and when its going to show up they are re sending it but I still have a cue I can't play with because I have no tip. just like the military attention to detail match up the names with the new label. it come down to they were going to send it smartpost and not what i had paid for which is fedex ground and now they have no idea if its on the way to this other guy or its coming hear through smartpost and they have said nothing about discounting my order or not charging me for shipping. they should do something more than say sorry are mistake, now you have no tip to use on your cue so good luck playing at tournaments this next week, were are resending your shipment it will get there when it gets there. as a customer the company should be more careful. because I'm really fed up. this is not the first time they messed up my order but it will be the last I gave them the benefit of the doubt but you mess up the shipping and send me the wring stuff I feel bad for the guy that is waiting in his black plastic corner pieces or whatever they are. I tried to be nice but this is just outragous
