P & B Instructor List

There are many on that list that do not even teach, including Dr. Cue. Tom is far too busy to give lessons. One notable, other than Jerry, is Carl Oswald, of Dallas TX. Carl is a BCA/SPF Master Instructor, and a GREAT teacher!

Actually Tom Rossmann does give lessons. I hired him once to give a lesson on banking and kicking and it was a private session that lasted many hours.

He taught many banking and kicking methods that have resulted in a lot more money being won in tournaments and gambling than would have been won without that knowledge.

Roadie...I know Tom gave lessons in the past. He does not anymore, and hasn't since his association with the APA. Like I said, he's too busy. He told me that himself.

I see. Maybe the P&B list was more in line with written instruction since it seems as if most of the people on the list are contributors to the magazine.

Thank you for the correction.

I reckon that America's top three instructors are Jerry Briesath, Randy Goettlicher and Mark Wilson. Just one of them made the list. Jeff Carter also seems a noteworthy omission.

Talking about notable exceptions - how about the Australian Oyster ;)

Stan Shuffett

Nonetheless, congrats to all those who did make the P&B list and good luck to all their lucky students.

I wonder why players from all over the world come to see Stan Shuffett for lessons and why does Charlie Williams sends his best students to see Stan Shuffett?

The almighty Dollar....

I hate to say it but it probably breaks down to " You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" I'm willing to bet that most of the names mentioned have either A) Wrote a column or article for P&B at one point or B) Have spent some $$$ in advertising their clinics or products (or their sponsors have)

Yeah, Stan Shuffet is another one of the greats. Yet another unmentioned great instructor is New York's own Fran Crimi.

ding, ding, ding! Johnny, tell 'em what he's won! :D
