A Pay-Per-View Special from Accu-Stats.

This Thursday Dec. 2, 2010

NEW TIME - 9:30 PM EST

Lesson #3 - "Break Shots"

Pat Fleming - BCA Hall of Famer & Owner of Accu-Stats Video Productions - brings his 45 years of straight pool experience to you, in your homes, on a weekly basis.

This week's class will be: "Break Shots."

Pat goes through many, many break shots in straight pool.
He expalins both the theory and the practice in his demonstrations.

**********

The cost? $5.00 per show. How can you go wrong? Each show will be one hour long.

These classes are NOT just a jumble of random thoughts and war stories. They have a carefully crafted lesson plan and will progress throughout the season.

Miss a show and get behind? Not a chance - we will be posting the completed weekly lessons in the Pay-Per-View Archive section for your leisure time viewing and study.

If you're in the area of Breaker Billiards in Clifton, NJ stop in and watch. You can also contact Pat at 800-828-0397 to arrange for private lessons.

Otherwise, give us a chance - tune in for a show - see for yourself - and let us know what you think of the idea.

We are also planning for a question and answer portion with questions proffered in the chatroom and answered by Pat on air.

The Pay-Per-View link is now available at http://www.accu-stats.com/liveppv.html.

Be sure to sign up soon and guarantee yourself a good seat in class.

Thanks for your support!

I'd do it but my league is on Thursday. Is there a way I can buy it and watch it later?

Maybe I should have read the whole thing to begin with. Duh!

I will broadcast it to our leagues in Chicago.

Cool Beans!

As stated in OP !

So I would say yes it is.

This may be just the thing to get me motivated to practice 14.1. I feel like there has been little incentive to devote much time to it, as I can not find an opponent in my area. This should be fun in any event.

Are there any plans to put these lessons out in a set of DVD's?
I'm slow to learn and I would like to watch each one multiple times.

Those plans have not been made yet, but they are a thought. There may be something made out of them or something similar.

You will be able to get the archive of each lesson with a 24hr viewing period.

Ty for your interest.

oldzilla -- do you know how many classes there will be in total?

Nope, sorry I cannot answer that one ! :o

Probly up to Pat and his progress with what he wants to cover I would say.

I think the first broadcast will tell us alot about that subject.

Pat will most likely give a introduction to this series, thats how he rolls !

I am very interested in this as well. However, I'd be interested in the multiple view or download version myself as I travel quite often. DVD or just charge me a fee for anytime access to the lessons themselves.

Just a thought. Looking fwd to seeing this!

Are you sure it is limited by 24 hours? Thanks for the note in such case, because I'm more sure than not I won't be able to attend the class live, so I decided to use the benefit of archived view (paid for the first lesson already). In such case I should make certain I find time to watch the class before it disappears from the archive.
I was hoping for longer access to it being archived, but even 24 h is better than nothing.

Thanks for the chance Pat, Accu-Stats never stops making wonders :)

I hope you understand that the live ppv and the archive are 2 different things. They will be the same video show but if you have purchased the live ppv you will have to buy the archive to have the 24 hour access.
Not a package deal. But the very small price for either one is a very big deal !

Is PayPal the only form of payment accepted?

Thanks,
RG

It is the fastest and most popular. Other options could take more time.

Personal check by way of snailmail would be the worst imo.

Creditcard might work ok.

But either way you would have to email Accustats.

I am not located in NJ. Plus it is not my call. OK? Ty for your interest.

Great Stuff!

unfortunately, past my bed time.'

I spoke to Fred today and you can buy the pass for the show or you can buy the archived lesson. If you buy the archived lesson (available after the show), you will have 24 hours to view it. So make sure when you buy it that you are ready to watch it.

I am really looking forward to this. Fred talked about having played with old time players like Jack Colavita and how, when he first played with Pat many moons ago, and learned a little from him, his game jumped up 20 balls or more.

Pat was a forerunner to the Thorsten Hohmann/Oliver Ortmann/ John Schmidt "nine ball straight pool style".

I may be overstating the case a bit here, but if so, not by much.

I can't believe I haven't heard a peep about this.

Did no one watch it live?

I know one guy at the IBC watched it but I haven't been able to talk to him yet.

I will watch it archived when it gets up.

Is there no one supporting Pat's efforts?????

the video should be up soon, they said tonight on the gameshow that they have to do some editing to it !

maybe over the next few days it will be up

-Steve

I was watching it live, the time suits me even though I have to get up early in the morning ;) The first lesson wasn't anything new for an advanced player, but since Pat decided to give classes for everyone regardless of their skill, it's obvious he couldn't jump to some complicated things from the very beginning. First lesson magnified some "weak" spots (like an additional mik needed for the questions on location), and I'm sure next time everything will be OK.
Telestrator thing is very promising. (Pat is going to draw lines and positions live right on the table).
At last I have got a chance to learn from a knowledgeable straight pool player, and the price is more than affordable!
