Mira Sorvino is Paul Sorvino's daughter. She won an Oscar for her role as the lead in the movie Mighty Aphrodite. She also starred with Lisa Kudrow (Friends) in the very forgettable Michelle and Romy's High School Reunion.

How could anyone not recognize the guy from Goodfellas??? One of the best movies ever made IMO!!! Paul Sorvino is a well respected actor. His daughter, Mira Sorvino is also quite a talented actress. She's not famous just because of her looks and her daddy, she really can act.
 
im not much for gossip so I let the late nite talk hosts decide whether shes famous for her work or her dad.

Ivanka Trump on Leno, that interview was very focused on her dad.

I think Mira Sorvino was dating Quentin Tarantino at one time. And yeah, she is a talented actress IMO.

I loved Sorvino in the 1996 version of Romeo and Juliet. He played Fulgencio Capulet. Love that damn movie.
